- friendly, respectful, and considerate receptionist - late checkin with codes and keys was well-organized - great location, accessible to centre and main stations - clean and simple, but also with a fan

No air conditioning, a fan but very noisy as it rotated. My wife refused to use the shower for reasons of hygiene and the long pillows were without covers, and seemed stained. Noisy guests in other rooms were easily audible over our TV.

Toilet across the hall in another corridor. Shower room always wet, no space to hang clothes in there.

The self-service check-in and check-out system available 24/7. The location close to the city centre and train station. Bed sheets included in the booking, small soaps were a nice surprise.

it was a really hot day and there were wasn’t a fan or anything in my room so it took my a long while to fall asleep in the heat.

Honestly, it’s as advertised. Did the job of giving me a bed in central lyon to stay in for cheap. it’s a nice old place and the room was a decent size for a single :)

Central location, close to the metro. Rooms were very basic and dated. However, for the price and location, I can't really complain. Staff were very friendly, and the hotel felt secure. This is not a luxury hotel or a chain, it's a bed for a few nights at a decent cost.

The hotel provides excellent value for its price. While the furniture is somewhat old, it is well-maintained, with everything in good working condition. The apartment, linens, and bathroom were clean, and hot water was consistently available. The hotel's location was highly convenient for me, making it an excellent choice for a short stay at a reasonable price.

- The first night there was no heating in the room, even though the temperature dropped to 5 degrees and windows were poorly isolated. After making a complaint, I received an electrical portable heater. (-1 point) - Blanket was disgusted (-1 point) - Receptionist didn't service in English (-1point)

Almost total absence of Wi-Fi on the second floor inside my room. I had to stay in the corridor or sometimes go to the first floor to catch it to do my work. Wi-Fi was very important for me, and it really disturbed my stay not to have it within the room.

My room smelled like cigarettes. The neighbors that live beside the hotel scream all day long and the walls/windows are not enough to hold the noise.
