I can't think of anything.

Everything about this place is exceptional. I don't often leave perfect reviews, but they deserve it. The breakfast was delicious, the room was large, comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We even loved the quality of the sheets - so rare. Charming. The hotel is just steps from the Château de Fontainebleau. We also scored parking right out front that was free Sunday and Monday.

I was in the highest floor, taking stairs and making noise every time going in and out.

If you know what is it like, then you will be happy. Its welcoming and nice, but not modern. The staff is great, welcoming and helpful. The room is big. The breakfast, i would say french may be! It has Cheese, bread, multiple kinds of jam, bread, juice or coffee. Tastes good.

A hotel that feels ver homely, like an old fashioned B&B. Small number of rooms meant we had very attentive host looking after us. Special mention must be made of superb breakfast. 5-10min walk to town centre.

Not the smallest issue to complain about...

We had an amazing stay. The room was great, super comfortable beds, nice and clean bathroom! The private hour for the spa with turkish bath, sauna and an overwhelming jacuzzi and a refreshing pool made our long hiking day the perfect finish. Our hostess was super nice and friendly. The breakfast with several homemade jams, different types of honey, muesli, homemade joghurt, chees, ham, baguette, bread and croissants, fresh juice and coffe, huge choice of tea... It was by far more than what we expected ... Awesome... Thank you for an amazing stay! If we come back to Fontainebleu, we will choose this place again for sure!

This B&B is a 5-10 minute walk from INSEAD. The breakfast is around one large table in the living room of the house. It's very personal and cute. The large room is also the office, and there was a friendly old dog napping in the corner. The breakfast was delicious! Fresh croissants and baguettes, cheeses and home-made jams. My room was large, with a nice bathroom and comfortable, big bed. The sound insulation towards the street is great. You hear the upstairs guests more than the outside. The host family is very friendly, and Perrine will help you with taxis or other needs. There is a pool in the back yard which is being upgraded with some sauna and spa facilities.

The only minor improvement would be to add dish soap and towels to the kitchen area so that guests can wash their tea cups, etc. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Excellent location close to Fountainbleau Castle and restaurants, etc. Our room was spacious and even had a little kitchen area. We liked the decor and the spacious breakfast room where you have breakfast at the big table with the other guests. A very nice environment. We enjoyed our stay here.

The mattress could be better though it’s not really bad.

It’s an amazing place to stay and feel the traditional french home. Everything’s walking distance. Fantastic and very kind host. Quiet area. Definitely recommended.

Perrine is an exceptionally wonderful host. The place is beautifully decorated, spacious, ideally located a short walk from the centre.

Absolutely nothing. The host has no empathy towards her customer.

There is a massive dog in the house that barks at me when I come out of the room that i was given. The table for breakfast was used to fold clothes, but the host didn’t seem to care that a customer was around. The host looked on kept. That property isn’t fit for customers to stay in. I really question how she got the reviews that are on there page. Also the tv remote was filled with dust and it seemed like the room hasn’t been used for years.

We loved our stay at Demeure Les Aiglons. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The property is lovely and in a perfect location to explore Fontainebleau.
