Quaint and brilliant location. Has a small bar and outside patio so lovely to have a nice glass of rose before going for dinner. Room was small but that was what we were expecting. Bathroom very good quality - shower was excellent. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Nothing. It's true that the bathrooms are compact, but that's what you get for converting an old building.

The hotel is located in the city center, but there is no parking available, and driving in is quite inconvenient. You have to contact the front desk in advance so they can lower the road barrier to let you in.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of Arles

1. The hotel is in the center of the town, it's restricted area and need to ask for access. I gave the car registration number to the hotel but the didn't ask for access ahead of time. So when I drived to the town gate from outside of the town I had to block the gate and call the hotel for access. It was a bit inconvenient. 2. No moblie or wifi signal in the room. 3. The basin is a little blocked.

You need to be able to climb a narrow, windy staircase to your room. No lift.

The staff was amazing! Spoke English fairly well, brought cold water to our room, helped with our luggage when they saw me struggling. They even arranged a taxi for us. The hotel is quaint and comfortable. Very much felt like we were in Provence!

Bathroom was a little small to maneuver with two steps at the door. Room was also small, although both of these are to be expected in very old and unique building like this.

Bathroom was quite a tight space, not much room to swing a mouse let alone a cat! But it was very clean and fine for a short stay.

Lovely little hotel in an excellent location with exceptionally helpful, kind staff. Had a problem with the air conditioning unit in my room and they were on it straight away. Very good breakfast. Would be very happy to stay there again.

There was a beautiful outside terrace and we got mixed messages from staff as to whether we could sit there without purchasing their food. Front desk staff on checkin and check out were great. The hotel prides itself on being “green” but the lights in our room automatically shut off every 15 minutes. Annoying!

Location was excellent. 10 minute walk to most places. Building and room are unique with history.
