The night we were staying, the false fire alarm in the middle of the night scared the hell out of us...

The location is perfect, very close to cafes and bus stops and metro station. The room was clean. Though small, I think it was still better than other places we stayed in the past. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the food at their restaurant. It's 10 minutes walk from Triumph the arch and 5 min walk + 7 minutes bud ride to Eiffel Tower. One gets the view of Eiffel Tower from the next street.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't care for at this hotel. I'm struggling to find a negative comment. Actually the only thing we hated was the half glass door in the shower as water got all over the floor but to be fair pretty much every hotel I have stayed in for the past 5 years seem to have this feature.

I'll start with our arrival. We arrived very very early around 9 am as we had an early flight arrival. The staff were very accommodating. They could not obviously give us our room yet but took our luggage and stored it in a room behind the check in desk and offered to email me as soon as the room was ready. Which they did around 1:30 pm. The hotel is a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. We were also able to walk to the Eiffel Tower within 25 minutes. The walk to the Louvre was much longer at 45 minutes but we are walkers so it was fine. Uber was extremely reasonable just FYI. We used it to go back to the hotel a few times. The room was small but perfectly fine for our needs. I love that there is an elevator. Some smaller hotels in older buildings do not have this. The room and bathroom were very clean. We opted to not have them clean the room during our short stay so I can't comment on that. We didn't have breakfast either so no comment on that. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel emailed me a list of their recommendations prior to arrival. We did go to one of them which was less than a minute walk from the hotel. Very good food. We felt completely safe in this neighborhood and it is very quiet.

Location is great, 10 mins walk from Trocadero. Quiet neighbourhood, which we like. They have efficient AC and a complete blackout curtain.

Exceptional location, near various metro stations. Champs Elysees 500m away. Safe area, with some nice bistros right next to the hotel, filled with locals. Breakfast was nice. Room cleaning every day. Polite staff. Would definitely visit again.

Fantastic location, in the middle of everything whilst still being quiet and non-touristy. Eiffel tower and Champs-Elysse were only a 10 minute walk. Rooms were a decent size and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Tiny Parisian hotel lifts make me scared, but I appreciated it on the top floor.

Lovely small hotel on a quiet sidestreet, safe neighbourhood with plentiful eating options - walking distance to l'Arc de Triomphe. Good size room (certainly by Paris standards) luminous, comfortable bed, good wifi and workspace, excellent bathroom. Very friendly staff.

Room would be great for 2 people but there were 3 of us (child) and with the pullout bed there was no room for suitcases. Bathroom small but adequate.

Location was great. Easy walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower.
