It was nice after travelling to be welcomed with the opportunity to have a hot or cold drink. Staff were very helpful. The location was safe and perfectly placed in the centre of the old city. 👌

The only thing was no view from my room, although, the advantage to this was, with the windows closed it was very quiet.There was a slight issue with the sink tap but to be fair I only reported it when I was leaving.

Exceptional location! Very comfortable room and beds-best pillows in Europe. Staff very professional, warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good value and very good. AC in room was welcome and very efficient. Clean and pleasant hotel. Would definitely return.

A small fridge in the room would’ve been very welcome.

Being our first time in Bordeaux, we loved the location. It was so easy to get around to all places of interest. Plenty of choice for restaurants and bars, the area has great vibe. If you are a shopper, go with an empty suitcase, it's a shoppers delight. The Staff deserve praise for being so friendly and helpful, a smile on their face and spoke great english. They made fresh scrambled eggs on request, delicious. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water supplied every day.

When we entered the room, there was a stale smell, more likely coming from the drain. We ran the shower and sink, bought a lavender room spray, it was fine for the rest of our stay.

Right in vibrant city center, close to place de la bourse and all the main attractions. The hotel is cosy with great atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ideal to fuel up the day.

The bathroom is a little pokey - toilet right up against the wall, but is great value for money given location.

Perfect choice for an on-budget short trip to Bordeaux. Excellent location whether you plan to wander, visit or do some shopping. The tram station (from/to the airport) is a 10-ish (nice) minute walk. Last but not least: the team is AMAZING and on top of everything. Get ready to be pampered. Excellent value for money.

Location was fantastic, right in the middle of the city and walkable to everything. There was a lift in the building.

Being in the city, rooms were a bit noisy, maybe a better sound proofing on the windows would do the job. Also because it is in the middle of a walking street, there were some instances where people were just sitting on the steps in front of the hotel entrance.

The hotel is in an amazing location perfectly in the Centre of Bordeaux. The hotel gave us an upgrade on the room when I asked for a larger room. The beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Rooms rather small and poky and no relaxation area. Most of the time we were out sightseeing but when one gets back tired and just want a comfortable sit down, there was only the bedroom to go to.

The hotel has an excellent location and a friendly and helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and we also appreciated the air-conditioning. The room was relatively small, but it was sufficient for our needs during our short stay.

While the room was overall clean, there were some mould patches in the bathroom. Also the electrical sockets in the room were a bit loosened, but they worked.
