The only thing was no view from my room, although, the advantage to this was, with the windows closed it was very quiet.There was a slight issue with the sink tap but to be fair I only reported it when I was leaving.

It was nice after travelling to be welcomed with the opportunity to have a hot or cold drink. Staff were very helpful. The location was safe and perfectly placed in the centre of the old city. 👌

When we entered the room, there was a stale smell, more likely coming from the drain. We ran the shower and sink, bought a lavender room spray, it was fine for the rest of our stay.

Being our first time in Bordeaux, we loved the location. It was so easy to get around to all places of interest. Plenty of choice for restaurants and bars, the area has great vibe. If you are a shopper, go with an empty suitcase, it's a shoppers delight. The Staff deserve praise for being so friendly and helpful, a smile on their face and spoke great english. They made fresh scrambled eggs on request, delicious. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water supplied every day.

Being in the city, rooms were a bit noisy, maybe a better sound proofing on the windows would do the job. Also because it is in the middle of a walking street, there were some instances where people were just sitting on the steps in front of the hotel entrance.

Location was fantastic, right in the middle of the city and walkable to everything. There was a lift in the building.

While the room was overall clean, there were some mould patches in the bathroom. Also the electrical sockets in the room were a bit loosened, but they worked.

The hotel has an excellent location and a friendly and helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and we also appreciated the air-conditioning. The room was relatively small, but it was sufficient for our needs during our short stay.

The hotel has great location in the heart of a city centre, the breakfast was decent, a bed comfy. It was clean enough. Sadly our view was directly on the building next to it a couple of meters away. Staff was nice.

Decor a little outdated

Great location right next the main walking mall. Room booked had air conditioning, 24hour reception on site and offered to store luggage on check out. Felt very safe as a solo traveller

Better communication prior to holiday via Booking.com Noisy at night with bin collections I think. Could hear people shouting, but expected in the middle of a city!

The hotel is located in a busy and lively cross-road. At the time of our visit, there were works in the nearby building, music events, the pride parade, a football match and a general loud vibe due to the good weather. Although we could hear the street noise this would not be a reason for a lower evaluation. However, our floor was noisy from the inside as we could perfectly listen to our neighbors talking, the doors slamming, the vacuum cleaning etc. This is an unfortunate disadvantage for the hotel.

Excellently located in the city center, in the heart of the shopping district this hotel is ideal for a short stay in Bordeaux. Tram station from and to the airport is 10 minutes walking and all main attractions are in a close distance. Reception desk is open 24hrs. The room was small but renewed and the bed was comfy. Small bedside tables next to the bed are recommended. The bathroom was big enough however not too luminous. Cleaning service was passing by every day. The hotel offers bottles of water too! The breakfast area is really pretty - however quantity and variety was limited for a not busy day.

Uber taxis are restricted into from servicing this inner area of Bordeaux. This cause# problems for tourists visiting the area who use Uber elsewhere

The hotel is situated in the older area of Bordeaux and in the Mall area of the city . Great food, , sightseeing and outdoor French restaurants . The staff are exceptional nothing is a problem for them

We opted for Superior Room with Balcony. Did not get balcony, chest of drawers broken, bath/shower pressure Poor. Could have saved €250 by booking standard room.
