I think they should make sure the air conditioning is properly maintained, especially during the summer. It would also be nice to have better wifi connection.

I would certainly love to stay at this hotel again, if I come back to visit the area. It is a lovely establishment, with an airy decor that perfectly blends with its surroundings. It can also boast an excellent location, five minutes walk from both he beach and the main shopping area. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast offered a good choice of healthy options, and the staff has been always helpful and at hand. Wifi in the room was a bit patchy at times and the only negative during my stay was the air conditioning: it stopped working almost immediately and I was told at reception the issue affected other rooms as well and could not be sorted before the end of my stay. I chose to leave the windows open, even though that meant having some noice coming from the street below.

Decking on balcony needs some attention as it has split in areas and make do repairs are not great. No where to hang wet washing, eg swimming costumes & towels. Breakfast was disappointing, we ate out on our second morning. There wasn't a mini bar in the room as advertised. Could hear people in the corridor and see hall lights.

Friendly reception staff. Location was fantastic, pleasant walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, train station & buses. Hotel was clean & tidy. Outdoor seating area in front of hotel was very nice.

We upgraded to a superior room. Room very small with little room to move or store suitcases. Believe superior only gave you a balcony (great to store suitcase) no mini fridge, kettle or coffee machine. From checking after this needs a further upgrade for these. Towels very thin.

Location great, very close to beach and centre. Onsite parking (booked in advance) room very clean and modern. Didn’t opt for breakfast as local bakery very good and reasonably priced.

Very clean, comfortable (good A/C during the heat wave!) and friendly, helpful staff. Nice location away from the crowds but just 2 blocks to the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the town center. Highly recommended!

The twin bed I received was way too narrow. The shower has a curtain that does not really keep the water from wetting the bathroom floor.

Wanted to find a comfortable hotel, close to the ocean and with parking. Arcane had this. Was with my adult son and asked for two beds. Got a double and a twin, though the twin was way too narrow. Hotel staff was friendly, they had indoor parking, hotel was clean and walking distance to the Arcachon beach so we could go and have a dip. Very quiet room. Also close to the attractive town centre.

Everything was perfect except for the slightly short shower screen but that didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Warm welcome, very clean comfortable and relaxing hotel. Helpful staff, garage to securely lock our bikes overnight, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops, excellent breakfast.

Location is close enough to the center but not too much(very calm)! The place is very comfortable too! We didn’t have breakfast but seems like a lot of options. The lounge seems like very good( saw people were working on their laptop there)!
