Ideally situated in the heart of La Napoule. Restaurants, bars, beaches, public transport all within a few footsteps. The proprietor's scrambled egg at breakfast was excellent.

United KingdomThe bathroom needed ventilation as very small. Housekeeping was a little slack on occasions. i.e. forgot to leave clean towels and left air conditioner filters on chairs on balcony. Parking is limited.
The room was fresh looking and had a balcony with table and 2 chairs. The en suite bathroom was rather small but had a good shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. That said the water did drip over the edge onto the floor so the very small bath mat did not last for long. The owner was very friendly and helpful as were the staff.

IrelandAn amateur paint job on the door to our room (and other rooms) meant having to shoulder the door and almost injure ourselves every time we entered or left the room. This is a fire hazard and health and safety issue.

Beautiful, charming building with pleasant rooms. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and located just 5 minutes from a small quiet beach. My room had a nice small balcony and a pleasant air conditioning unit for hot weather.

Canada- No elevator; this wasn't an issue for me at all, but just something to keep in mind. - Room was on the smaller side, but that hardly mattered to me as I spent almost all of my time out and about in the town.

United KingdomCheck in on arrival did not go entirely smoothly. When we arrived at approx 4pm the front door was locked and required a five digit code to be entered on a key pad. Although I had been sent the code by text message at approx 3.15, I hadn’t checked my phone and so was unaware of code. I then phoned the hotel number and unfortunately the person I spoke to didn’t understand English very well and I don’t speak French. Fortunately, after a few minutes another hotel guest arrived and entered the code to open the door which allowed us to enter as well. In the reception area an information sheet and a room key was left out for us. When the booking confirmation is sent, I think this check in arrangement should be mentioned. In addition, I think the continental breakfast is overpriced at 15 euros per person per night. The breakfast is adequate but definitely not worth 15€.
Although the hotel was slightly dated, it was clean, the bedroom was a reasonable size with air con and there was a comfortable bed. A free public car park was close to the hotel.

SpainOur room smelled a lot like cigarrete, but they changed us as soon as I complained. Building is a bit old and beds a little small. The entrance has a strong smell of gas.
