Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe bedroom was definitely 'cosy', with not much room for two suitcases, but this is not uncommon for hotels in Paris. The view, location, and service more than made up for this. Not all rooms have the great view ours had, so check this out beforehand.
The location was excellent, the front desk staff were warm and friendly and very helpful, and we had the most amazing view of Hotel de Invalides from our bedroom (and bathroom) on the 6th floor. Everything was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. And the cafe always had complimentary pastries available for guests!

I was a little anxious booking a 3* hotel for our stay but as it turns out, the rating is not always a reflection of service ! We had a fabulous time. The staff were super responsive to email communications prior to our arrival. They have arranged for a wonderful welcome gift to make our trip Extra special ! The room was large- great, comfy bed ! We had a kettle and a coffee machine which was a bonus. The bathroom was also grand! Everything was clean and I couldn’t fault anything. Staff were always nice and helpful- in fact, my daughter stated that her favourite part of the stay were the friendly receptionists! We opted in for breakfast at the hotel. It was a buffet style and it was nice enough. Drinks and small snacks were available for free throughout the day which was a lovely touch. Location of the hotel is fantastic and justifies the price. All the major attractions were within a 30 minute walking distance. Eiffel Tower 15 mins away. We felt very safe walking in the late evening/night. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

United KingdomVery odd, underneath our bed we noticed on the last night a sort of pot that was opened? When we put our flash lights on it it was covered in green inside. Looked like something from other guests that had rolled under the bed and was covered in mould. Grossed us out, surprised we couldn’t smell it.

This was very welcome as we arrived late in the evening having had our flights back to the UK cancelled at the last minute, due to the strike of air traffic controllers. We had the last available room in the hotel. It was perfectly fine for our needs. The next morning we were offered a complimentary breakfast which was much appreciated. The hotel was easy to find using the ‘Bonjour RAPT’ App.
