A very beautiful, hidden, quiet and peaceful place to be after a long drive. The apartment was spacious and simple. We could see the Cathedral lights for the Jubilee Celebration from our window at night! It was our 50th Anniversary and we had a excellent dinner at the hotel dining room. The staff over all was attentive and supportive.

Fantastic location with beautiful views of the cathedral (highly recommend watching the light show which started at 10pm). The apartment was spacious and clean, with good facilities. It would have been good to have some supplies in the room to make a cup of tea or coffee - they did have a kettle and many other kitchen gadgets but no tea or coffee to make yourself something.

United KingdomVery misleading as the deluxe suite was nowhere near the actual hotel. Having found it after picking up the key, despite the actual suite and facilities being lovely, the rooms were above a noisy restaurant and the so called courtyard turned out to be part of the dining room. Also no sign of a balcony!! In addition, on the Saturday night from 9.00pm to 11.15pm a loud pop concert was taking place in the town square. So got little sleep. Suggest you check your facilities and be truthful when advertising accomodation.

AustraliaThe location is tricky to find and took us a while to locate so perhaps better details when you collect the keys perhaps For some the kitchen may not be equipped enough if you plan to eat in. It didn't bother us as there is a lot of great places to eat. Overall nothing was bad in my book love it here.
Location was perfect. When you are in the city centre you expect it to be noisy especially above a restaurant but we had no issues and had the windows open during the day and night The amenities in the room were great it was clean, it had character and beautifully presented. Fab view over the cathedral. Staff at the hotel for key collection were great and the staff at the restaurant were really helpful The bed was super comfortable. There is no aircon but the fans supplied are really good. It is a unique setup so if you like a bit quirky you'll enjoy. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Carpark is close and pretty good value for staying over.

FranceThe separation between one of the bedrooms and the living is just a curtain. This is unfortunate because of noise. Whoever is sleeping in that room will be disturbed by noise in the living room and kitchen. Whoever is in the living room can hear everything happening in the bathroom and WC. We had some hiccups such as there are only being towels for two people even though we reserved for three. Since we arrived late in the evning, we couldn't get that fixed until the morning (but then it was handled very quickly). Also, there were no back-up rolls of toilet paper, and the rolls that were on the dispensers were quite low. The city has recently completely reworked the streets around the hotel where we picked up the keys, and our GPS wasn't aware of that yet. Plus, it was unclear where to leave the car while getting the keys. It would be good to warn people that they can park in the drop-off zone at the train station while picking up the keys.
The location of the apartment was superb, with a view on the facade of the cathedral and therefore of the sound and light show (see attached picture for the view from the bedroom). The apartment is in an old building, so a delight for people who like old-fashioned architecture and are tolerant of the mild inconvemiences that old buildings do not have (i.e. sound-proofing not as good, etc.) Overall, the apartment was comfortable and would be particularly good for a stay of several days.

GermanyThe hotel could not see booking. com reservation in the system and the payment. It made me again with my card, after which they have found the previous payment and promised to return the double payment next day. It is already over 40 days since our stay in the hotel, I have still not received the refund. And this is despite the reminder on the phone and despite booking.com requesting a refund. we are talking about 360 EUR to be refunded, its not a small amount of money. Absolutely unacceptable!
