Room and bathroom were dated, matras was old - overall impression of hotel was messy.

Our request for gluten free food was only met the first day. Sadly no ability to restock or to provide alternatives. Bedroom without a safe or fridge was not ideal.

Very well placed to use the Spar. Just a few minutes walk across the park. They have excellent parking in their own garage nearby. We were lucky and got the last space. Advisable to book in advance! The terrace was most attractive and ideal for breakfast and for dinner, with a pretty garden and lots of flowers and trees. We had their menu dinner one night which was excellent. A good size room, attractively decorated and quiet. Beds very comfortable. Generally the staff were most helpful and friendly.

Hotel needs a bit of an update. Tiny toilet was right by the pillows and my knees touched the door. No conditioner in the shower only a sachet of shampoo/shower gel. Wifi only in common areas not rooms

This is a pleasant, traditional hotel in a good location at the end of the main street in Luchon, with a good choice of restaurants nearby. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

No heating or cooling in room. Fortunately the weather was mild. Wifi was a problem but improved after we reported it.

The staff need to be a more transparent with parking options. We were on a motor bike and we were only told about paid parking. The breakfast was poor. No fresh bread and no croissants available. When an inquiry was made they came out 15 mins later with warmed up frozen bread. No discount for our breakfast was offered. The house maid was knocking on our door at 0845hrs to do our room. We were disappointed with our stay overall.

The Family and all the staff were very helpful, they spoke excellent English and nothing was too much trouble. They must have a fantastic chef too, as the meals were excellent.

Hotel is charming but needs some basic changes and upgrades ie tea making facilities, A/C etc. Also for cycling groups the facilities are ok but a better setup for access keys and pumps etc would make a difference.

pool was nice- food we had outside- brakfast was ok. room was calm and bed was cosy. very close to the thermal bath (across the road) and close to the road with reataurants and bars. friendly and helpful staff!

Hotel is stuck in the 40’s in dire need of renovation. The rooms are very old and so couldn’t be confident at how clean they were.

Run down and thus not charming. No air conditioning (which is unfortunately needed). Dirty carpets. Old beds and bedding. Too much small furniture in the suite. We asked for a quiet room - our’s was not - and we ended up facing the noisy street. Dirty pool walls. Bad breakfast.

Great location. Across a pretty park to get to the spa. Shopping close by and the central market an easy walk. Some street parking available. Pool are pleasant but not real clean. Fantastic bakeries and restaurants nearby.

The room upstairs what kinda hot.

The staff is just great. All well dressed and polite helping you out. Able to speak English. Pizza and drinks delivered to the room. Staff clearly enjoying what they are doing. Swimming Pool available, towels included. Bike cycle nicely parked in the garage, with entry round the back. 24h staff.

Lovely family run hotel. Everybody was very friendly and accommodated all our needs (a group of 22 cyclists). The evening meal was superb and exceptional value for money!
