Easy check-in, clean and functional room, toilet separate from bathroom, good breakfast. Location is walking distance to sights, restaurants and shops.

United KingdomI felt it was a little bit pricey for Nancy. You had to book a slot to use the pool which struggled to cope with more than two people swimming at a time, although the facilities were great. You had to ask at the reception for the WIFI code, as it wasn't displayed in the room.
Excellent central location. Quiet and peaceful. The room was a little bit small but it was nicely designed. The staff were very helpful. I didn't have breakfast but it did look great. Would recommend.

Fabulous facility with everything you could want. Great staff super room and breakfast. Amazing spa and pool. Close to a marvellous restaurant called the Excelsior. Art Nouveau interior and well worth a visit.

BelgiumWe were given a 14m2 room instead of 20m2 we had paid for. We complained and they accepted to change our room to a 20m2, arguing though they had upgraded us as if they had done a favour to us! A 20€ supplement was requested for our online special request for checking out one hour later! When we argued that they had approved this request without extra charge, they replied this was for our checkin time! This was however not subject to any special request as we had simply informed them by replying to their online question! Both incidents show the hotel does not follow clear and transparent rules thus misleading the customers who may fall into the trap of getting a lower level room than what the have paid for and other extra charges they have not consented to!

NetherlandsThe tv apps don’t work well. If you’re keen on watching movies at night, bring a hdmi cable and your laptop!
All staff was kind and respectful. They were flexible and the room service was nice! The food tasted great for a relatively small price and the bar was amazing. They could make any niche drink you’d want by heart and have a great selection of beers. Wifi works well too! The spa is relaxing and soothing. They have cooled water with mint to drink after your sauna, it smells great and the pool is heated to a perfect temperature. It’s also the perfect depth: Being submerged until your shoulders while standing. Their system of booking a time slot is so there are never more than 12 people in the spa, however when there are less than 12 people that booked a slot, you can stay whenever you’d like and come and go. It’s also a good system to check when it’s likely that there are less people!
