Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesFree shuttle does not go to the international terminal. The hotel is in a remote area with no shops or restaurants nearby, which is fine for an overnight stay. Towels were on the threadbare side. Food available at the restaurant was very limited and obviously geared towards families with things like pizzas, burgers, fish and chips, etc. However, portions are large, and the food is well prepared and tasty.
Nicely decorated, very clean, modern room with a great bed, excellent shower with good toiletries, and tasty varied breakfasts in the morning. The restaurant and bar were very good and staff there were terrific. Staff were generally very friendly, bilingual, and very helpful. The free shuttle currently leaves only from the common area between 2B and 2D, which is a long walk from the international terminal, although reputedly, there are airport shuttles between terminals. Signage is not terribly helpful for first time visitors at CDG.

CanadaThe top floor air conditioning was non-existent. No way to cool the room and no windows to open. Front desk did bring a fan up, but it seemed strange in such a nice hotel that air con was so unreliable.
The facilities downstairs were great. Lovely way to unwind before or after a flight.

United StatesThe only problem I had was the first room they gave me, the AC was not working and I had to wait in a hot room for maintenance to show up to check it out. I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room, which they gave me. Guess what? The second room had the same problem, AC not working. Called maintenance again, same guy came up to the 2nd room, and said this one doesn't seem to work either. He brought me a tower type osculating fan, and that helped, but I'm not staying in a hotel room without AC. Another 30 minutes or so of my time wasted again, because of their AC issues. The maintenance guy had 3 other rooms written down on his post it, type notes. He went to room 230, and the AC was cold and very nice. He said this room the AC works. I moved my luggage for the 3rd time down the hall. I stayed in that room Friday night, August 22,2025. The third room was great. The moral of this story is, when you assign a room to a guest, make sure everything works. It wasted a lot of my time playing musical rooms. I would of given them 5 stars, if it wasn't for this AC problem. Management never said a word to me about this problem, maybe some type of credit to the amount I paid for my room, would of been a nice gesture.
The hotel staff was great, especially Basma at the front desk. This hotel had really nice grounds, very clean, and has been updated. I would stay there again, I liked it that well. The FREE shuttle service is greatly appreciated by your guests. I would of given them a 5 star rating, if it wasn't for the AC problems I had.

United StatesOne of the reasons that I book this hotel it says it has an aquatic center with a pool and sauna. We couldn't use the facility since it has a lot of restrictions that I didn't see mentioned before. To use the pool all my family members were told to purchase specific bathing suits and trunks. They don't let boys swim in regular long trunks, it has to be trunks that look like bike shorts. That was disappointing.
I like that it was conveniently located to CDG airport. The hotel is clean and beautiful, and has a wonderful outdoor area with a garden and games. I appreciated the courteous and attentive front desk staff.

United StatesThe toilet was in a separate area than the shower (which was nice), but it didn't have ventilation/fan. With multiple people staying in the room, it was a bit uncomfortable.

Worked brilliantly for us. They made a wheelchair available for my husband, which was a great help. The Jangle is comfortable with well set up rooms, pleasant staff, and attractive welcoming entry. Canada1. Unfortunately the pool/wellness amenities closed early on Sunday evening so we were unable to access the mineral pool or sauna - Would be nice to have operating hours on arrival so we could have prioritized our visit to the pool! One thing if it matters to anyone - it’s essentially a public recreation centre that hotel is affiliated with, so it isn’t just for hotel patrons! 2. The service at the hotel was negligible at best - top 3 worst dining service experiences in France. Our waitress was clearly disinterested in serving us. We waited 20 minutes for our first glasses of wine that were ordered shortly after sitting down (it wasn’t busy). We were not offered or brought any water or bread (everyone around us had water or was seen being served water and bread). We ended up having 3 servers total - one who seemed to be the bar manager and another lovely woman who seemed to be bussing that night. The woman who was bussing seemed surprised that we didn’t have water when bringing us our meals. We later noticed the patrons next to us (who also had to ask for water 15 min after sitting down) were delivered their pizza and had to call the other friendly woman back and ask for two plates - just a lack of attention or care from our waitress. I still can’t tell if the customer service varying from “bad” to “really bad” is just a standard for France.
Clean, modern, located close to CDG if you have quick layover or early flight and need a place to sleep / exercise etc. Our king suite was large with a lot of storage space. The fitness room had what one may need for a “good enough” workout on the road. Hotel resto food was incredible - sirloin steaks and crème brulet. Honestly probably in our top 5 meals in France.
