Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaThere is no hotel shuttle, but rather you need to take the airport train and then walk about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. There is information about a shuttle company that you can book but I didn’t know about this before arrival.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and the food at the restaurant is good.

United StatesWe had air conditioning issues and since they happened off and on throughout the night we didn’t bother to complain or swap rooms but we should have. But it was our last day before going home and we were tired.
Relatively new hotel. Close enough to the airport but you will have a hike to get to the actual airport and your gate which isn’t the hotel’s fault. The hotel was clean and quiet which is really what matters when arriving or departing. The staff was very kind.

CanadaHaving to walk outside to reach the hotel from the CDG Val train. It should be specified in the Hotel information that there is no shuttle and how to reach it via the CDG Tram and that you have to walk outside. Not safe for a single woman to talk alone outside in the dark and also not great for people with disabilities. You should state that in the hotel profile.
Excellent value for money. Large room for Paris' standards. Very comfortable and clean room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant also.
