Everything was great! The apartment was perfectly clean and of excellent quality. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for comfort — all the essentials and even more are provided. Very cozy and well-maintained.

Bright and airy, had all the basic essentials. Might be a good idea for guest who arrive late to have the option of a welcome pack with milk, bread, butter, biscuits etc as the shopping centre / supermarket was closed when we arrived and information on where to take our rubbish on check out would be helpful. Clean bedding provided, good instructions on arrival, quick communication when needed help. Could of done with more info on bus pick up to Disney there are a lot of bus stops so it took us a while to locate the right one. For Disney goers it’s the bus stop just outside the Atelier patisserie, there is also one slightly further up and on the opposite side of the road outside the hotel adagio, (the one with the black sign). Train into Paris from Val de Europe station was easy and cheap (20 euro for a family of 4, we stopped at Auber) Train from Marne le Valle Chessy, (Disney) to Charles de Gaulle can be pricey we paid 80 euro for a 10 min journey.

The apartment is really beautiful. Spacious and clean with a kitchen full of everything you need. Not far from Disney and right behind the shopping center/mall which is a wonderful advantage A quiet and pleasant neighborhood We definitely had a great time and will go back there when we have the opportunity

I would have appreciated coffee capsules because we arrived late and got up very early at 7:00. There was a coffee machine in the apartment /I would not have booked a place without it/ but it was a big surprise there were no coffee capsules. I have been to many places with booking and never have seen a coffee machine without coffee for the guests. Also, there wasn't a place open outside so early to get coffee. I would not mind 5 or 10 euro more but to have coffee available if this is the matter, 10 capsules of Nespresso cost 5 euro, which you can find across in the mall in Nesspresso shop which opens at 10:00. I also tried to contact the host 3 times on all the phones given but I could not establish any connection with anyone and this is not fine. The additional sofa for sleeping in the living room /we were 4 people/ was really terrible and not comfortable at all. I even wonder if ever the host tried it. The bed in the bedroom was great but the sofa is out of question.... It has to be changed. It is not an option for sleeping, We slept all the nights trying different positions from straight to upside down and even horizontally to try to have a restful sleep but that was not possible. Location is great because is in the center, near to mall and some small restaurants square. If you have a car the given option for a garage is great. For us the distance from the RER station to the apartment was 30 minutes on foot and also 30 minutes to DisneyLand. There is a bus you can take to Disney. It is far if you have to walk every day minimum 10-15 km, As a whole, the apartment was clean but all the skirting boards all across the apartment floor were very dusty which spoiled all the feeling of the rest clean space. So whoever cleans should be noted to pay special attention to that, also to clean all doors, which had a lot of finger prints, behind the lamp in the bedroom and under the sink and behind the toilet in the bathroom.

I loved the apartment and the design, it was modern and comfortable with a very nice terrasse as speaking of facilities. Easy to find the key and register. The location is great if you have a car. There is a Mall across with many shops and also a great supermarket on minus 2.

It wasn’t clean at all, we found a lot of silver fishes everywhere. The 2nd bed wasn’t made and I had to sort of do it late night cause I was tired. We could see that nothing was cleaned up (hairs and other) after the last guests.

The location was perfect, you could walk around and do some shopping.

Bedroom: black stains in the sheets. No lights in the ceiling, had to walk to the other corner of the room to turn a lamp on. A few of the sockets didn't work either. Bathroom: dent in the bathtub, careful or could get cut with it. Toilet seat flimsy and not adjusted properly. Toilet won't stop flushing water down the toilet, very noisy. Complimentary small soaps provided seemed used by other people as they were half empty. Most of these were reported to the owners of the apartment within the first day and didn't get a reply. Only got it the night before we were checking out and it was a very defensive toned message denying everything we were saying. Not worth the money at all, I won't be staying here ever again.

The location was great, just 30min walk to Disneyland Paris. No contact check in. Secure building.
