The hotel entrance could be better - the carpets look a bit shabby. Also the breakfast bar is not very inspiring and could do with more selection and decent size plates. The lock for my room was very stiff and hard to open - could do with an upgrade to a modern card lock system. Was surprised they are still using old fashioned keys for the rooms.

The room was pretty good and a decent size and had a nice shower. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Location was excellent and very easy to get around. You can walk to Gard De Nord station in 10 minutes or the La Fayette store in about 20 minutes. Plenty places to eat and its a cracking area. There is also a Basic Fit gym near by if you want to work out. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful.

The café at the corner is not very nice and attracts a loud, unruly crowd.

Location for exploring Montmartre is excellent. The room had a balcony with seating that was very charming. Staff was a bit cold and unfriendly, but not to the point of rudeness. One clerk tried to upsell transportation to the airport via a private taxi via a call from his phone and advised us that the train was “complicated.” It’s not. The train is easy and cost a few euros vs. the €60+ the hotel clerk offered.

A nice hotel in a good location. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with a good view from my balcony. Presence of a lift helped to reach higher levels with a suitcase.

Great location. Louvre museum 20 minutes walk away. Polite staff. Many different cafes, bakeries, pizzeria, restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Metro station nearby. Comfortable and clean room. 24-hour reception, which is important. We were pleased with our stay and recommend this hotel.

They had a common lounge area with games, some staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a small fridge in the room, which was really helpful for having meals at the hotel.

Requested a room with double bed and twin bed. Was not aware that a double bed was just to individual twin beds side by side. The only other complaint was that the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet so was not easy to open and close or sit on comfortably.

It was in a great location within walking distance to restaurants, farmers market and the metro.

- I asked for a silent room and they did provide me a court side room. Except the walls are paper thin and the bed head is against the next room shower. Also a lot of people chatting at any given time in the hallway and that s like they are next to your head. - really basic shower with curtains sticking to you when showering - one of the worst mattresses I slept on. It was sinking in the middle. Just old and bad. - small room but that was announced and expected. - not like pictured. I guess one of the single room is nicer than others and they use those pictures to show-off? - the bag drop off is not really looked after. Didn t really feel comfortable to leave my stuffs there.
