Parking was extra, which is not normal at this type of hotel. Area wasn't great.

Entrance by car is hard to find with a tram in front. Area is a bit run down but hotel seemed fairly secure. Shower door concept could be better to avoid soaking the room

We have stayed here before - this time there was some confusion at reception on the additional costs for having our dog with us where we were charged twice. The hotel were only able to reimburse us the overpayment 2 days later once the manager was back. Would recommend invoice breakdown being checked before payment.

Good overnight stay, permits pets and has parking. Rooms are comfy.

the layout of the shower cabin was inconvenient (or rather, its absence), all the water fell on the floor, so everything in the shower room was wet

Unpleasant odor in the shower, the plumbing needs attention. Also, the shower floor is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so it's all flooded. Insufficient kitchen items, if one cared to cook. 4 pillows, all too firm and high, I wish there was a choice of softer ones too. Parking costs €6/day but it was known to me. It evens out with the included breakfast.

Decent hotel, 2-3 stars, the location was good for my particular business in the area. Wished and received a quiet room at the interior side, not exposed to the street. Friendly staff. Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, which was not huge but sufficient. 300m from Carrefour Express.

Food options in walking distance were limited (but we bought a lovely picnic from well stocked mini-market 4 mins walk away and ate at the table in our room which was equipped with crockery and cutlery etc.)

The friendly welcome, reception being organised for us ahead of our arrival, connecting rooms for me and the kids, with perfect, simple facilities to make some food and sleep comfortably. Nicely decorated rooms, good functional en-suite bathrooms. Perfect stop-over whilst awaiting another family member to join us to go skiing. Easy parking and easy to find.

Next time, I prefer a room at the back of the hotel away from the Trams. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes everything was great and a good selection, other times bacon was oily and cold and many products were not replenished. I did make one complaint about the guys next door to me, and my complaint was dealt with swiftly, and the next night, the issue had gone away.

Most.of the staff were exceptional and made me feel very welcome. The only ome was a night staff on reception who hung up on me because he didn't speak any english.

Negative, only one 'eegs' service in breakfast. When finished there's no replacement. No lobby or other comfort room to rest or meet. No direct access to the entry by walking. You need to cross the tram line - easy but no usual. Lack of good signage for the access.

A good place just for sleeping. No bar, no restaurant, no lobby, but very comfortable rooms for the price. Breakfast average. Good front desk service. Had a small issue first day immediately solved. Negative, only one 'eegs' service in breakfast. When finished there's no replacement.

The room was quite cold. It was not possible to improve the situation with a thermostat. In summer this is not a problem, but in November it is significant. The breakfast is poor and everything ends very quickly - if you come at 9 you can stay hungry. I did not find any hot dishes... maybe at 7am the situation is better...

Location and parking are good. Rooms are clear and have small kitchen with a kettle, a stove and everything you need. Not bad for 1-2 nights.
