It’s about 25 min walk into the centre and not the nicest part of town, but you can get Ubers into the centre or the tram.

The staff were very friendly and they couldn't help more. The WiFi and car chargers were free which all to often are paid for extras. Very comfortable and clean, highly recommended

It would have been better to have a hand sink in the toilets as we all had showers and was hard to wash hands after using the toilet when there was 5 of us having showers. Would have liked proper cups/ glasses and coffee machine and milk in the room.

The room we stayed in did not match the photos on Booking. The check-in process could be better - we were given a non-working key card and had to go back to exchange it. There was nothing hot at breakfast (which is not included in the price!) - the egg tray was empty, but no one replenished it for 40 minutes and I saw that other guests were also disappointed by this. Ok, if you want a coffee and a sandwich for 12 euros per person, but I'd rather go to a cafe for that money.

Good for an overnight stay during a road trip. There is a possibility to park for free on the next street next to the hotel.

Charged breakfast for 5 even though 5th person did not come to stay in the hotel. Water in shower was lukewarm and no one there to sort it.

Nothing I can particularly think of.

- Staff is very courteous and very professional - The room is clean, well arranged, with clean design and has all we needed, not more. You don’t have to worry taking drinks from the mini-bar in the room. It’s included. - The restaurant in the hotel is worth it (good food at a reasonable price) - The location is great, right next to a tram station. - I did appreciate that they mention the possibility to find free parking around the hotel and not just push clients to use the hotel’s private parking. I eventually did not need to pay for parking

In truth there was nothing I didn't like. The hotel suited our needs and was well priced and convenient for your onward journey. It ticked all the right boxes in that regard and if I was going that way again I wouldn't bother looking for another hotel I'd just go to this one. No brainer.

The room was spacious, and clean. The bed very comfortable. The food at dinner that evening in the restaurant was really good and served by lovely staff. Breakfast the next morning offered great variety and again well cooked and presented.

If there were a small door for the shower while bathing, it would be better.

The rooms were clean, as well as the bathroom, and there is a private parking lot with cameras. It went as expected and the reception was wonderful, especially from Mr. Hassan

Clean, nice and quiet room, great beds, easy parking and access in/out the city. Wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff. Can't beat the value for money!

We had a standard double room, and it was a little cramped regarding space for our cases. It's probably better to upgrade to a larger room if you are staying for more than 1 night, so you're not tripping over the cases all the time.

Good secure car parking but chargeable at 6 Euros per night. All the staff were helpful, polite, and thankfully for us spoke English. We spoke in what little french we know. Evening dinner was good value, but the choice could be extended to have more vegetarian options.

I have 3 charges on my credit card instead of one. Its annoying to have to check if 2 drop off, even though I asked at check in. Not a good policy.

The room was smaller than expected but was nice and neat. The En suite was compact yet modern. Bed was nice and comfortable. The location was very convenient with a tram stop in front of the hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful.
