The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel most welcome. Great breakfast and lots of running space for our dog.

Hotel had a modern and contemporary feel to it, was bright and airy, and the room was large and comfortable with good air con. Reception staff Louise and Maiwen were exceptional in helping us navigate local transport and restaurants in Colmar. They were friendly and engaging and are a credit to Best Western. Breakfast was really excellent, with a full range of hot and cold options, good tea & coffee, and fruit juices. Didn’t use the hotel EV charger, but looked to be fully operational and at a reasonable price. Parking was readily available at various times of the day and night when we needed it, and was secured at night.

One of our stops on the road trip was Colmar. We stayed for one day, and it fully met our needs. It's a 7-minute drive to the Colmar city center parking. There is an electric charging facility, and most importantly, there is no parking problem. It's great for short stays. I stayed with my spouse and child, and we were very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was a good size and had the very useful asset of a kettle with tea and coffee. The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of food and drinks. The staff were obliging and pleasant. Morgane Moser (the directrice) was most helpful with advice on how to use public transport to visit Colmar and what to visit in the surrounding countryside. The car parking was very adequate.
