The restaurant food was slow and some of the tables and chairs were very retro but not very comfortable. The bedrooms were small and could have been slightly larger to put suitcases comfortably.

Breakfast seemed a little basic. No tea coffee in the rooms - there was a kettle? May need to take mugs from dining area - not sure.

Quirky place with nice feel. Very comfortable bed and appreciated the aircon. Really nice staff, had a very nice evening meal. Great location for overnight stay just off the motorway.

Got noisy with kids and images of pool make it much more inviting than it really is.

Handy location and walkable into Beaune. Basic accommodation with good eco intentions. Very nice staff upon arrival but woman at checkout was very abrupt and unfriendly one minute and nice the next.

There were a few cleanliness issues: we found some toilet paper under the toilet and quite a bit of dust behind and on the TV. The first staff member we met wasn’t unfriendly, but also didn’t come across as very welcoming. The room was also quite warm, and unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t seem to be cooling properly.

I really appreciated how they incorporate local products and focus on sustainability, they upcycle materials and even sell secondhand clothes, which I found super cool. The place is also very pet- and child-friendly, which made our stay extra comfortable. The room was spacious and cozy, and the location was lovely, peaceful but still close to everything we needed.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room Only 1 pillow per person As we were paying for our evening meal, we were asked if we would like to settle the room bill, as it was busy in the morning. We obliged and as reception was empty, we left the key on the desk and left. I was then shouted back in from the car park to come back in and check I had paid- embarrassing and unnecessary!

It seemed that my room was built for use in a wheelchair. So, the shower was open and the shower head had to be held by hand which is not necessarily a problem unless there is no curtain. It meant that the whole bathroom received a shower as well.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I also ate dinner there and was pleasantly surprised about the good quality of the food and the tasty preparation.

Modern and relaxed look. Easy to get to. Lovely entertaining corner for the kids. Kind welcoming and helpful staff even for someone like us checking in at 3.30am!! Clean, spacious, comfy room.

I did not think the room and especially the bathroom were very clean. The bathroom is a mess, dirty old and neglected taps. The shower does not feel safe; the water gets scorching hot!!

The staff is very friendly and professional. I like the “desire to be green and sustainable” The breakfast and dinner were wonderful. Close by to the motorway.
