We had a few issues upon arrival, but the Hostess was very responsive and tried her best to correct the issues.

Amazing location While it was in the heart of the old town, the apartment was extremely quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was superb and the view from the breakfast area was incredible . The apartment was spotlessly clean and the host was responsive. My whole family, of 6 adults, loved this apartment and we found it comfortable for a three night stay

We had a problem with the lock on the door which broke on our second day. The owner responded quickly but we were unable to lock the door from the outside for one whole day

The location was great! Super convenient and easy to get around everywhere.

The keys to the building were in a pad lock box on the door to the building. To clarify, there are 2 keys. 1 for us and the other for another apartment (we assumed that that apartment belongs to the same owner of our apartment and it is being rented out on booking.com too). Based on the instructions from the owner, after using the key to enter the door to the building, one is to place it back into the pad lock box. After one enters, one will have to walk to your apartment, and there is another pad lock box where one can obtain a key to enter one's apartment. With that context in mind, when we were on our way out to dinner at night, we heard some people entering the other apartment next to us, which uses the same pad lock box system. As we were about to leave the building, I checked the pad lock box on the door to the building for fear that the people in the other apartment would have taken the keys to enter the building instead of putting it back into the pad lock box. Upon checking, I found out I was right! I quickly went up to the other apartment and knock on their door and asked for a key so that I can enter the building and they did so and apologised for forgetting to read the instructions. This was new years eve night, so like most people, we would have celebrated past midnight and come back about 1am or 2am. If I did not check the pad lock box on the door to the building and trusted the system the owner had put in placed, we would have been stuck outside in the cold and feeling tired and frantically trying to reach the owner (with no certainty that the owner would respond at such a late hour), and in the worst case remain stuck outside until the morning. I think this system needs to be changed. I suggest the owner to, at the minimum, put 2 different pad locks box on the door to the building, so that each apartment will have access to 1 pad lock box to enter the building to avoid the issue stated above. I think this is the cheapest and fastest solution.

In the city centre, great position!

everythinhg was nice

because it was the summer season and swimming and I had small children, I needed a washing machine. The apartment was wonderful.

The stairs were a little tricky and some tiles were loose which could be dangerous

The location was brilliant and having a quiet, traditional bar on our doorstep was just fabulous. Loved the character - it was really beautiful and traditional yet contemporary; really loved the art and style. Aircon was very appreciated too.

We missed a balcony (although knew it didn’t have one) but the windows opened up and the views were fabulous.

The entire apartment was very nice, spacious, comfortable for a family of 5. From the bedroom upstairs there is a wonderful view by the window.

No washing-machine at the property.

The location of the unit is superb, right in the heart of the old city and walking distance to every major destination. The decor is simple but cute and fitting the environment. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The unit has everything needed for a comfortable family stay. Air conditioning provided a nice reprieve from scorching heat of the season.

Some things could be improved, for example providing better quality pillows. Also, the kitchen faucet needs tightening. Our only complain was the smell, which we guessed was coming form the toilet. Not sure if that the city's issue or a local issue though.

Only the location was great.

From entrance the property had a mould smell which affected us, and also that the property was not safe with wires sticking out in the bathroom, on top of bed head, toilet electric box was a Hazard, especially if you have kids and they squirt water near the towel rack that's very dangerous. There is no view the windows downstairs do not open so you are pretty much in a cave like room. Also where the toilet is it's very dangerous and it's so close to the stairs, you have to be careful.

Extremely good location, right in the centre of Cannes, just behind the city hall. Despite this, it was quite peaceful and quite in the apartment. There was AC and it kept the apartment cool throughout our stay, despite the heat. The apartment was quite large and it has a nice area for our group to hang out in the evening.

There was some sand on the couch and next to the bathroom sink that hadn't been properly cleaned, but nothing we couldn't handle. Bear in mind there is no elevator and you need to climb essentially 3 floors. Also, the top floor of the apartment has a low ceiling for people over 175cm.

Location was fantastic in the heart of Cannes. There is only one bedroom which has a door and a large loft area and fold out couch in the living room. This was ideal for two couples and children, facilités were fantastic and it wasn’t noisy at all. Great place to stay, however there are some stairs to get to the apartment.

A Washing machine would be ideal for the property.
