Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyWe had to wait for around 3 hours to enter the apartment, cause the key lock system, where we should get the key from, was broken. Someone from the team came after a while and get it worked again. This was the bad thing, that nobody was around at arrival, but we ve been in contact all the time and they managed to send someone... The only uncomfortable thing in the apartment were the pillows, but this is always something very personal! We like it thicker, they were very very thin, so we helped us out with pillows from the couch... Then it worked well. Also an irritating information after booking: the parking situation is really bad. Yes, there is a parking spot next to the house with 6 or 7 spots, but never something free... So you have to park quite far away ~500m uphill! .To stop for 2 min to upload the car - impossible due to traffic and street situation - both ways but so tight that cars can pass most of the time just one by one in both directions!!! So be aware of that if you have to carry a lot. This is also the price for an apartment on the main road and at the Hotspot of the village 😊🤷♀️
The appartement is fabulous! Clean and cozy. Balkony is awesome. The perfect and best spot to explore the village The stuff very helpful and friendly. And we really needed them.

Easy access with key safe. We were able to bring our bikes inside the apartment overnight; very safe. Large modern renovated apartment inside. Large balcony overlooking the river and other suspended houses Huge smart TV. All modern appliances in the kitchen to be able to make your own meal. Fast WiFi.
