Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe hotel would even get 8/9 from me but it was pretty difficult to speak English with the staff. Everything including all activities, all animations etc. in the hotel is in French, so if you don't speak French, you won't really attend/enjoy these. There were also activities for kids during the day but since our daughter doesn't speak French, she was not able to attend any of them. I was really disappointed by that. Moreover, all meat products served at breakfast was pork. It would be nice if they had other options for people who don't eat pork.
The hotel has a private beach with on a "fake" lake and it was pretty good. It has deckchairs, parasols and various water sports activities readily available. The restaurant offers buffet-style lunch and dinner for an extra charge and it was very delicious.

SerbiaTwo things I didn’t like: 1. bathroom (with several damages)/wc too small (door hits you right in the face if you want to close those during doing “business”). 2. Average age of guests is like in a nursing home (i’m not familiar with the reason and maybe it was like that just during our stay)
This hotel should have more then just 3 stars! How it looks, all the facilities, size, the view, lake, its own beach, close to the sea, large free parking, everything is amazing.

United KingdomIt had a funny smell about the place and the toilet door didn’t open properly so it was squeeze to get in and out. But we had one night there so it was manageable. Not the cleanest place we have stayed. Expensive for the lack of cleanliness
