Nothing we disliked, just a note. The hot breakfasts could be a little hotter.

All of the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are well presented and of a good size. The food variety and quality were very good. The bar is well stocked and fairly priced. A good amount of ski lockers. Conveniently located bus stop right outside. A very family friendly hotel. Amazing dog friendly hotel. Again, the staff, every one of them were very well presented, informative and friendly.

Two buses to get to Prodains lifts

Exceptional food. Great helpful staff especially restaurant. Comfortable. Good choice of non ski options

Dated and old changing rooms and spa area was impossible to find. Toilet kept breaking in my room. Breakfast was not good. Dried eggs, canned fruit and not much else.

Did a great job with our 200 person dinner. Good food. Nice indoor pool and lunch. Had a good massage.

Wellness area for the massage is very noisy, too close to the Jacuzzi which was full of kids….

Maybe a few things needing attention, but this a tiny grumble. This place is superb.

Super family hotel about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Morzine. Buffet meals were excellent and the staff professional and friendly.

rooms a little bit tired & the noise travelled from room to room - people smoking on balconies wasn't great but it's France so I guess that's just what they do! bit of a trek into town but regular shuttle bus so not too much of an issue

The food was amazing - no fuss, plenty of choice. The staff were all very lovely too... suited our family trip perfectly as there was something to suit everyone

Excellent location. Super family atmosphere with great friendly staff. 10 min walk to centre. Bus stop immediately outside if don’t fancy walking…aside from complementary shuttle service the hotel offer. Good breakfast choice.

There was always a queue for boiling eggs; scrambled eggs were lukewarm, the only fruit at breakfast was sliced grapefruit and a mixed fruit salad which was soaked in orange juice. Would have been nice to have the option of banana or unsliced fruit. This was sometimes offered at dinner so not sure why this wasn't the same in the morning... It was super family-orientated and this is great if you're there with kids! For two couples without kids, not the best.

Breakfast was great, good selection of fresh bread and pastries. Lots of board games available and space to sit and enjoy by the bar. The shuttle bus to Pleney and Super Morzine was really useful in the morning as it's a little too far to walk to the lifts. Morzine town is great and the free town bus is very useful. We enjoyed the beer and wine with dinner and selection of food.

Only thing I can say is that it would benefit from a drying room for wet skin clothes and boots :)

Dinner finishes at 8-45pm which is strange, breakfast scarce if you dont get down there early, main hotel area has a bit of a tacky feel - but get what you pay for so not too bad.

Hotel bit dated and not a welcoming bar area for non speaking french guests

Breakfast bit chaotic and no staff member explained seating arrangements as we were different to other full board guests who had permanant tables. Location fine

Only issue we had was the rooms weren’t set up to deal with hot conditions at night. Some areas were a little tired.

Plenty of things on the grounds to keep the kids entertained. Staff were extremely friendly and the whole place felt very safe with two young children. Great location to Morzine town centre.

Can't really comment on the location as we had a car and drove to Ardent each day.

Food was great and wine with dinner was not at all bad. Room was very spacious despite having read reviews to the contrary. Was nice to have a steam room and jacuzzi - we didn't use the pool. Good value.

Would be useful for a selection of towels in the spa and pool areas.

Perfect hotel bus service to the slopes - never had to wait and stop just outside free town bus service which came every 15mins. Location was perfect - 5 min bus to super morzine and pleney lifts, 15 min bus to Prodains express to Avoriaz (from super morzine). Location just across the road from a great pub/ restaurant called the Local or a 10 min walk to the town with a vast range of pubs/ restaurants and shops although recommend booking for large groups as does get busy. Room were always cleaned and breakfast was pretty well varied. Spa and pool good and quiet.
