We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is perfect. Just a block from Mirepoix’s cathedral and medieval square. Montsegur and Niaux Grotto are both about an hour away and are wonderful day trips. And even though it feels a world away Mirepoix is just a little over an hour from the Toulouse airport. The B&B itself is charming with a beautiful garden restaurant. We were there in July so a lovely breakfast was served in the garden. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was excellent and very atmospheric in the candlelit garden. We had a large suite which was lovely with a view of the cathedral, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The entire experience was very special.

New ZealandA small fridge would have been nice or maybe one in the corridor for the rooms to share. Just something for cold drinks. And since I like milk with my coffee some creamer for the Nespresso would have been appreciated.
The Sunflower Suite was so large it was like an apartment and had just about everything you could want. Loads of storage, especially in the large bathroom vanity, which I really appreciated. And the lighting in the bathroom was great! So many hotels miss how important these things are to travellers. The decor was beautiful, each room different and with a feeling of a home, not a faceless hotel. Loads of pillows, big fluffy towels. And the whole staff was wonderful. Especially the owners, Nadine and Jean-Francoise. But also the wait staff in the wonderful on site restaurant. Perfectly professional but also very friendly.

It has been a lucky choice to stay at the Clos des Oliviers. On our road trip through France we have been looking for chambres d’hôtes only, and here we found what we have been looking for. Splendid rooms in an ancient town house, very close to Mirepoix’s historic town centre (a 2 minutes walk), but the location very quiet, and excellent dinner and breakfast served on either the terrace or in the restaurant’s rooms. Service has been very professional, and yet got that personal and trustful touch that we both enjoy.

United KingdomBreakfast was a lovely traditional French morning feast with delicious bread, fruit, jams and pastries. They also made an exceptional pot of tea! We ate in their idyllic courtyard. Rooms have been beautifully renovated with lovely furnishing and bathrooms. We would like to thank Jean Francois and the team for a wonderful stay and we look forward to staying next year.
