Coffee machine doesnt make hot water. Its warmish and tea goes sour. Coffee is also not enough hot.

The hotel has cosy vibe. The room was small but comfortable for a solo traveller. I love the balcony. It made my stay great. I've put a chair and enjoy the view. But weather was so hot and mosquitos attack😊 The staff is friendly. Breakfast was more than ı except. I love the fresh warm sourdough bread every morning and cakes. The location is perfect. Around the hotel so many places waiting to be discovered. 15 minutes walk then you are in the place de Vosges. Bastille is also lovely area.

Rooms are a bit dusty (especially at the top of the wardrobes) and weary (such things as curtains or TV, which wasn’t working properly, as well as one of the lamps beside the bed). The light in the room itself was a bit gloomy as well.

It was our first time in Paris, and we had a 5-day trip there. Diese Hotel was a good solution for the stay: we spent a lot of time outside, coming for a night and starting a day with a pleasant breakfast. As a young couple, we really liked the location, because it’s not far from a lively Bastille area with a lot of shops and bars with noisy companies and music, and Charonne itself has a lot of pleasant options in this case. The hotel is recently renovated, so the lobby is really nice and new. The service was quite alright. I really liked the men from lobby and the ladies from canteen, they all were friendly and ready to help. The men also speak really good and fluent English. Rooms were cleaned by the staff every day (although it wasn’t needed like always, so maybe you can consider a refuse from a cleaning service like in chain hotels in order to save some water resources and time for your workers). The breakfast option was amazing and we don’t regret we booked a room option which had the meals included. The range of dishes and products may seem modest for some people especially after staying in 4-5 stars hotels, but we had everything we needed and felt satisfied.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. An older place, a few things were funky like I couldn't access the plug under the table because of the table leg, the tissue dispenser fell off the wall, but nothing major. I would've liked a real coffee maker in the room but there was plenty of coffee downstairs.

Nice place. Quiet, even with a street view. The beds were very comfy. I'd stay there again. Not luxurious but a good value. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast area is not so large, so if the hotel is booked it might get a bit crowded.

A male receptionist working nightshift was more than helpful and kind. From giving recommendations on where to go eat and drink close to the hotel, to giving instructions on how to reach some destinations easier. Nice rooms with AC and heating, comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms.

good breakfast, the staff was very professional and kind. It is close to the metro station (1min) and not far from the train station (20min walking). It's not a luxury hotel, but it is very clean and you can find all that you need. By metro the city centre is not far (25-30mins), so it's a perfect compromise.

Beds & pillows were very comfortable - better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in. Towels were really soft and smelled lovely. Room was a great size and really appreciated the 2 bathrooms in the triple room.

They had a fan and coffee machine, which is more than most hotels that price in Paris. Right next to a supermarket and train station, but far from most areas of Paris.

The air conditioner did not work in July and there was a fan instead. There were three points of electricity in the room, one of which was only suitable for the kettle. so we had to decide between a fan and charging the cell phone and iPad. The bed pillows could also be more comfortable.

The hotel is in a nice and comfortable location, in the middle of the city. with transportation available. The staff is polite and kind.

They are installing air con which is good, as the noise from the street makes it impossible to have the windows open. More sockets would be useful.

The breakfast should be improved though, eggs only boiled or à la coque, and around 9 am one would find too less quantity.

Everything was amazing, the room (202) had two bathrooms and was huge for 3 of us. The bathroom had soap and hair dryer. In the nearby there were different carrefour open till 11pm. The staff was very kind and able to communicate in English as our French is very basic. it's a very valid hotel and position is very good
