Being so close to the train station the rooms can be noisy if you like to sleep witb the window open.

Location was in a walking distance from La Petite France and all the main attractions of Strasbourg. Breakfast was good. Finally a hard pillow for sleeping 😉

Not so well cleaned Breakfast was pretty sick: homelette bad tasty, fruits non fresh. Guys here something was really wrong BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE A > 190 cm VEHICLE: it's a nightmare getting a parking! Sure this is just a Strasbourg problem, not from the hotel

Position for visiting the centre, structure style (love it, from the '90s :) ), beds really confortable

Initial room air conditioning problem. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain away. The drain problem wasn’t fixed over our 5 night stay and was brought to the attention twice

We had to swap rooms as our original room was very hot. It was cooler in the hallway. The receptionist on the afternoon of the 17th Aug was the most helpful I have ever come across. Bravo! We were given a room in the hotel annex that was perfect as far air conditioning goes. Handy to train station and to town. Good Breakfast.

The car parking is insane (which they readily accept). Do not follow the instructions, you'll be driving round the block a hi dred times (we did it 4 times). When you get to clinic st barbe, don't go around the corner where every fibre of your motoring brain tells you. It looks like you'll hit a tram or pedestrians, but carry on straight after St Barber ONTO the pavement! Yes, straight on. Then drove along the pavement ignoring protesting pedestrians. Garage is on your right about 60m down. Don't worry, exit is much easier. Follow these instructions and you'll be fine, otherwise enjoy driving round and round in Strasbourg 😂

Location was good for short walk into town.

Noisy air conditioning. Very dificult to reach the hotel travelling by car. I spun the car around a few times before figuring out where I could park (I’m not sure if I entered restricted areas marked incorrectly to Google Maps). They could put the exact name of the parking lot in the description, not just “nearby”; and this “nearby” means 400–500 meters. Strasbourg is a beautiful city, but not one to come to by car.

    Very good location.

Few things were not functioning well, phone did not work, there was no toilet paper holder on the wall, hairdryer was half broken. It was difficult to reach by car in front of the hotel. One hour into breakfast service, there were no croissants, eggs are cold, minimal choice in fruit and cereal. Our family room was right above the smoking terrace. With good weather i can imagine it to be noisy. We had rainy weather and terrace was empty.

The staff was very service minded and helpful . Location walking into old town is very convenient. Paid parking garage Parcus Petite France is very affordable and easy walking distance if you don’t have a lot of luggage to carry.

Just the small double blanket, but that is a thing in France pretty much everywhere.

The hotel is situated just outside the city centre, which is perfect for walking around and exploring. We had to park our car in the hotel parking and that is an experience in itself. We did however get instructions through booking. The only issue is that the parking lot has parking spaces for a lot of private people and it is rather hard to find the correct ones belonging to the hotel. We were successful on the roof though and there are several allocated parking spots for ClapClap right next to each other. As for the room we were 4 people, two adults and two teenagers and it was adequate for our needs. Very clean, nice design. The sofa bed is a bit tight though and since this is France, each bed gets only one large blanket. The sofa bed had a smaller version of the double blanket and it was very "cuddly". Hotel in itself has a fun funky design and a small coffee area in the lobby, which is nice. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

The quality of the drinks for the breakfast should be improved.

This hotel is in a very convenient location just across the bridge from Petit France. Excellent to explore the city centre. Our room was pretty large. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice.
