Lack shelf/hooks to store clothes while showering.

Large, clean room. Comfortable bed, close to train station and attractions. I reserved a room for 4 people. I expected all beds in one room. To my surprise, it was actually a suite with 2 rooms, one with a full bed, the other one with 2 twin beds.

We didn't realise we needed to reserve parking at the hotel in advance and it was full. Not a problem when we arrived as it was a public holiday and street parking was free.

Friendly staff, good location near the centre of Blois. We had a suite which was perfect as a family. Rooms were small but comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Room was a bit of an odd shape. We'd booked private parking but when we arrived they hadn't kept a place for us - we were able to find on street parking overnight (1800-0900 is free) reasonably close by so all okay in the end

Good size room. Friendly staff. Air conditioning which was a wonderful surprise and much appreciated. Good location near centre of Blois (train station) easy to walk to cathedral and old town.

The blankets were way too thick. A thinner alternative would have been nice.

The price/location were great. Even though the hotel is next to the railway station, it was quiet. Our double room was what you’d expect for the 2 stars, but the the 3-person room was more than expected. Clean. We walked to the beautiful downtown in about 10 minutes and found an array of dinner options and bars.

The bathroom of the single room had a dangerous wooden beam at the door, meaning you had to be careful every time you entered it. The windowsills of both rooms were extremely dirty, and a lot of dust under the beds. No airco, and the fan provided was useless, impossible to even plug it in with such a short cable. No lift, so not ideal for people with reduced mobility or elderly.

Location was good and good value. The family room was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was a plus. Breakfast was very good.

We knew there was no lift and no bar or restaurant so this didn't bother us. When we arrived we found the hotel closes for a period over lunch. Although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in early, we had hoped we might have been able to leave luggage.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here and found it very convenient for seeing the local area. The location was great, just a few steps from the train and bus stations. There is a regular bus to Chambord which is very convenient and cheap. We also found small free electric buses that loop around town. Its a lovely walk down into town but a steep walk back up so this was very welcome. We loved our suite especially the kitchenette as we were able to do our own breakfast and snacks. The bed was comfy and we slept soundly. The suite was cleaned daily and was spotless. The staff we met on check in were friendly and helpful.

we had confusion over parking. it was our mistake for not reserving, but it wasn't made clear. We were on our motorbike and the proprietor just wouldn't understand that we had only booked her hotel because it listed secure parking. She did allow us a space in the end but only after an unhelpful approach. we were just getting back on our bike to find something else when she came out with a fob to her car park. our room was functional, but absolutely no view outlook from the one small window. There was nothing superior about the room, except it had an extra bed squeezed in and a bath.

location. Blois itself and the Son et Lumiere at the chateau.

No restaurant but can recommend Oblend around the corner. The bedroom was a little dated with a dangerous step up the door.

Location was excellent being close to the railway station and Chateau. It was easy to park outside in the street, free overnight
