Parking was a indoor one enough space and at the back of building. The room location was nice and it was clean. The pan and pot in the kitchen were ruined better to not use them but the rest of kitchen was ok.

When we arrived (at 3:30pm) the parking garage was already packed. They don’t take reservations for the parking.. so we had to park the car at a car park 5min away. The next day we left at 09:30am and had to pay 28€ for basically one night. Extremely expensive. They should’ve mentioned this at the reception when they recommender this garage.. this really annoyed us, because we basically booked this hotel for the parking possibly.. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules . I think they should at least provide 2-3 coffee capsules. The hallway and elevator seemed a bit dirty, there were stains on the floor and tissues laying around. Also no Aircondition, so we had to sleep with the window open wich was quite loud..

A couple of small suggestions that could make the guest experience even better: 1. I was traveling with children and by car, and on the day of check-in I contacted the hotel to ask if parking would be available. The reply was that parking cannot be guaranteed and depends on availability - which is reasonable. When we arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty. It would have been helpful and reassuring to know in advance that spaces are available, as long as you already knew on that day the situation with parking — that small detail could reduce unnecessary stress for guests arriving by car. 2. There was a coffee machine in the apartment, but no capsules provided or information about them. As a guest, I didn’t know what kind of capsules the machine uses, and for just one night, I wouldn’t want to buy a whole pack without knowing. If capsules are available at the reception, it would be great to mention that in the room information or at check-in. The same is about Wi-Fi access - nice to know how it is possible to use. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay — thank you! J

The hotel is in a great location and has a nice, spacious feel. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a lovely view from the window. The apartment was well-equipped — good-quality dishes, a stove, and a microwave. There was a slight musty smell in the building, but nothing too disturbing.

Well equipped and functional kitchen even though very compact. We were on the ground floor with a fpor onto the courtyard which was beautiful. Parking available (11euro a night). Quiet. Shower good. A short walk to the centre.

In a previous aparthotel (La Rochelle). we were supplied with bottled water, coffee, tea and milk. So I assumed that all the aparthotels would be the same and so was disappointed that there was none left in the room, athough we could purchase coffee pods from reception.

It would help if we are aware how to get to the parking garage in the beginning of the trip and no place to temporarily park your car. Bed are not the most comfortable but to be fair not a lot of place can be put as ‘comfortable’.

It’s close to carrefour express for some of the food shopping needed if you’re wanting to prepare your own. Close to the town square for a look around. The apartment has plenty of space. Pretty complete cooking utensils and pots and pans.

The heating panel is limited to 20 °C, so in winter it can get a bit chilly. However, the blankets were thick enough to compensate.

Staff was very friendly, there was underground parking (for very reasonable fee), location is 10 min away from downtown Rennes, beds were comfortable.

The biggest challenge was parking our car in the neighborhood so we could get into the hotel and reception desk where we picked up the parking lot access fob. Once we had the fob, no problem, but there was no easy or obvious place to park our car to get into the building to pick up the fob.

Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the city center - restaurants, shops, etc. Parking was right in the building. Hotel room was a mini-apartment with kitchen, coffeemaker, refrigerator, etc. Breakfast bar was terrific - lots of choices.

Very small room. No toaster although we believed it had a kitchenette for making breakfast, no hairdryer, no aircon (which we were aware of) but had scaffolding outside the bedroom window so didn’t want to leave open.

No air conditioning I was bitten twice by something in bed (not Mosquitos) Room was a lot more 'dated' than it appears on the photos, could do with a refresh.

Good price. Decent room and bathroom with small kitchenette and fridge. Hotel is centrally located so not far to walk into town and old quater. Underground parking (11 euros per day)
