There was no electricity in the room on the last day of staying.

Location: metro, bus stops near by. Rather quiet. Great boulangeries near by and cafés. Nice room with mini-kitchrn with everything needed.

Initially, we were placed into a room with 2 twin beds. We called down and the front desk was able to accommodate us and move us into a room with a double. There was someone above us that seemed to play musical chairs at all hours and could be heard. Our room was on the road side of the building, so there were a large number of sirens too. The second elevator was under construction so it took a bit longer to get up or downstairs.

This is right at the Place d'Italie metro stop. Very useful for getting around! Staff was friendly and the location was great. There was A/C, a dishwasher, safe, etc in the room. It made for a great trip. The location was ideal and I would definitely consider staying there again.

Our room had a stuffy smell. We stayed at 8th floor. Only one out of two elevators were working and it was very slow. Their drinking water dispenser by the front desk was broke while we were there for three nights, so we ended up buying water. The noise from the fixing or construction of the building was loud.

The location was great. It is by a huge shopping mall and public transits. It has a small kitchen.

One of the elevators was being worked on and the other was very slow (went all the way to the top every time it seems, rather than just going to necessary floors). It would have been nice to be able to check in earlier than 3pm (not available) but they do store your luggage.

We loved being able to cook eggs each morning in our room and pick up pain au chocolat from the local boulangerie. Location was right by a metro station, and there were velib bike places close by. Location was good with being able to bike many places 30 minutes or less, or use the extremely convenient metro station. Loved the local market on Thursday and Sunday. Mall next door has a large carrefour and there are two small ones nearby as well. We had two rooms and one was on the end of the hall and noticeably bigger and better arranged than the other.

The property was located inside/next to a mall and close to an underground station. The mall had a large supermarket and this allowed us to have home cooked food in the apartment. Staff was helpful

Convinint location for my visit. I had a room facing the interior of the mall which wasn't an issue for me, was possibly quieter. This is not a romantic hotel, is in my view good if you have a reason to be in this part of town. Has a good metro connection so the center is not far.

A lot of thing can go wrong in this hotel. E.g microwave, dishwasher, or fridge done always work. The coffee and the water are sometimes unavailable. No room service, unless you stay for one week. Studio apartment is cramped. One bedroom apartment is worth the extra $ even for a couple.

Very convenient to Place d'Italie metro which has three lines going from it. Also, there is a big shopping centre right next door (with a huge Carrefour inside). Good eateries in neighbourhood including Vietnamese and Thai. Nice touches by the hotel: the constant supply of filtered coffee in the foyer ( just help yourself) and a water cooler. In the bathroom, there is a great vertical grill which can be turned on to heat up... you can wash your socks and underwear in the shower and hang them to dry over this grill... brilliant!

The cleaning service was limited, towels were only changed once during our stay, and we ran out of toilet paper. Additionally, the room lacked a coffee machine, which was disappointing. The provided pan wasn't non-stick, making cooking quite difficult and inconvenient.

The toilet was so small that we had to squeeze ourselves in when the door was open. Coffee was available at the reception but there was no creamer or milk if one needs with milk.

Location was very good, close to metro / bus with good connections. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and bathroom /toilet being separate was helpful.

The sofa bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable.

Excellent location and very easy access from Orly Airport. The room has all the amenities for short-stay family trips especially if you have a toddler. There is a medium size shopping mall right next to the hotel so you can do your shopping just before the trip or to kill some time.

I stayed at Citadines numerous times over the past six years. It's very conveniently located, the rooms/studios have everything you need. It's near the metro, easy to get from and to the airport, grocery store (carrefour) at the shopping mall next to the hotel, all this in the vibrant area of Place d'Italie, the staff is very friendly, and it's very safe.
