The property is close to many amenities transportation as well as restaurants. There is a laundry mat underground floor which also helps immensely and is quite efficient and inexpensive.

This hotel has no air conditioning, whilst fans are provided, it was an uncomfortable stay in early July.

Good location for metro, getting around the city. Nice neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants, cafes, food shops.

Parking was tricky. Finding how to get to hotel entrance was hard. I was dropped off - asked reception what to do and we had to go around the block!!!

The breakfast was not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. The eggs were awful- been standing too long too. They should cook less at a time and replenish them. Liked the kitchen area - and room overall.

The room did not have the kitchen/room tissues, which was the only missing element as per my opinion.

Nicely situated between the market and the residential area, the room was spacious and quite. The facilities in the room were good. The staff was very helpful, and respectful.

Would have been nice to have one clean during our stay included in the price because it was over Easter school holiday it was already more expensive and extra to pay for.

The location is excellent a very nice part of town in Le Merais

I had made a reservation which included breakfast, but when we arrived, they told us breakfast was not included. We found a nice boulangerie nearby with great bread. As I was leaving the hotel, they realized that I could get a reimbursement because the breakfast had been paid off after all, but it was a mistake on their part that it was not made available with the fees paid. I have yet to get the reimbursement.

It was close to a metro station and several restaurants. The sofa bed was pretty comfortable, the main bedroom a bit tight. Great internet service.

Only had room service once in 8 days. Walls were paper thin so you could hear your neighbours, although it did have double glazed windows which shut out all the street noise.

Great location with bars, eateries and shops on hand. Good facilities in the room.

We had the 1 living room with 2 pull out sofa bed and 1 bedroom apartment. It’s rather small and cramped. We cannot open our luggage in the bedroom.

The rooms are very clean. Staff are helpful and plenty of eateries minutes away. There are even bakeries that open at 7am around the corner and there’s 2 washers and a quick dryer in the basement at euro 5 for the washer and euro 4 for the dryer.

It was very hot when we arrived and had no air con. We were there in February so opening the windows cooled the place down but I think it would be an issue in the summer. There was also no hot water in the shower one morning!

The location was excellent, close to 2 different metro lines and lots of shops and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Ideal for a family with 2 children. We travelled from the apartment to Disneyland on our final morning and the journey took just under an hour.

Metro station is not a main route to attarctions so always needed an extra transfer. Fair amount of ambulance sirens, less so at night though.

Clean rooms. Comfy beds, even the sofa bed! Very close to a metro station. Near grocery and restaurants.
