Excellent location in the heart of the Montmartre area, but at the end of short and quiet cul-de-sac. Ground floor studio-apartment very well equipped with a comfortable bed, quiet, and opening out onto a small outdoor terrace. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast available for 15 Euro.

Terrace was ok, but main side was open so not really private as you could see directly into others. No roof either, so no sitting listening to the rain while drinking some wine. If this was improved this place would be outstanding; as it is it’s still great.

Location is excellent, very well located for Metro and local attractions. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom/separate toilet both decent, kitchen area good. Staff friendly, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

The studio was clean and tidy with a good bathroom and kitchen. The location was excellent. Close to transport, including the metro. Also close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and Moulin Rouge.

No air conditioning which proved uncomfortable during the spell of particularly beautiful weather. The courtyard garden was lovely but this meant mosquitoes were a problem. Think this would be even worse during July - October.

The room is not very modern. No air conditioning, in the summer it gets very hot. Cleaning is done only once a week. The sink in the bathroom was a little clogged. even though the staff came to fix it the water would always fill up the sink.

Great location, close to all sorts of public transports, at a walking distance to Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge, shops and restaurants. Montmartre is a very nice neighborhood. We had a room at a boulevard, so during the weekend it was a little noisy, but not too extreme. The staff was very friendly. Nice rooftop, accessible only by 10pm.

Great location walking distance to sacre Coeur and metro stations, shops and restaurants. Breakfast ok. Helpful staff who gave us a new room when discovered fridge was causing water to leak on floor.

Easy to find - great location (in a quiet side road just a few minutes walk from Place de Clichy. Warm welcome on arrival. Apartment was clean & comfortable with access to a peaceful terrace garden. Apart’hotel felt safe. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Paris

The beds were super comfortable, the room was spacious and the roof terrace was so lovely, being able to relax outside with a view of the Sacre Couer! The staff were really great too. Also the location near Montmatre and some very lovely restaurants on Coulaincourt.

I liked the separate toilet from the bathroom, but there was no washing basin. No air conditions/electric fan.

No air con - Paris was over 30 degrees during our stay and the fan provided just wasn’t sufficient. Very uncomfortable at night and we slept terribly. Ran out of paper cups so we couldn’t help ourselves to water in the communal area (did not like this concept at all). Bathroom dated, the shower was small and the water pressure lacked but it was clean. Towels thin and had seen better days. No sink in toilet - had to walk through apartment to the bathroom to wash our hands!!

We had a water leak in our room the first night, but it was sorted out very quickly the next morning. They moved us to another room. However the new room was facing the street which was a bit noisy at night.

There should be a bin in the toilet room and a sink to wash hands. View from window not great, but that’s ok. Needed to restock bottled water in vending machine.

It was safe — doors always locked, key card required for elevators, etc. Flavored water all day for guests! And vending machines in lobby. Beautiful views on beautiful rooftop lounge. Close to 2 Metro stations! Around corner from Moulin Rouge! Shopping, bars, restaurants on same block. Reasonably attractive room & very clean! All expected amenities! Kettle, tea, cups. Nice kitchenette with fridge, sink, cook top. Tub AND shower — I love having both options!!! Nice staff! Everyone friendly and able to speak English! So helpful!!! They can call a taxi for you to arrive in MINUTES! You can also store luggage there safely before check in time or after check out.

The bedroom was so tiny, there is no space where to open the suitcases :). We were in a Studio with enough space, but just not arranged functionally -large bathroom, large hallway, small bedroom, but it’s not a problem of course, our stay there was perfect.

The location is great, close to all restaurants, bars , bakeries but in the same time at the quit street, far from the noise. The staff was welcoming, smiled and helpful. The roof top terrace is amazing for relaxing. The little backyard to the room is a perfect outdoor space.

There was no air conditioning in the room, just a fan, and the weather was very hot when we were there, so the room did get quite hot in the evening. Other than that, everything was fine.

Good sized room. Well equipped kitchenette. Lovely sun terrace upstairs. Great location, close to the Metro and walking distance to Sacre Coeur. Very helpful reception staff. Every morning we asked for directions to different attractions and they printed out step by step instructions showing where to get the Metro and which stops to change, etc. Extremely helpful.

There was a mix up of rooms and we had to change twice over a three night stay. Room allocation is not given till the evening before your stay. There was no central lighting in the room nor any extra touches and there is no daily cleaning however for a short stay that was no issue. We requested specific dietaries and were disappointed to be told this couldn't be offered on the third morning.

The location serves well and the 24 hour reception to greet you is a bonus. The room was simple and pleasant.

The hotel room's door could not be locked from the inside so I did not feel very safe. The amenities were rather old, which was a disappointment for that price
