There was no soap in the bathroom

The room was basic but very clean and was great value. The staff were very friendly and the location was easy to find, and had on-site parking. It was great that you could do short stays (1 - 2 nights), even in the ski season!

Leaving the room at 9 am is a bit early but in our case, it matched our schedule. I cannot think of anything else negative.

I lked: - the price (40 eur for a night for 2) and therefore, the value for money. The rest was nice (room ,location, breakfast) but given the price, it was excellent. There was no bathroom in the room (there was a tap) but again, for the price that was expected. The room was not shared with other people. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice view. - the friendliness of the staff - the community atmosphere (it was hosting youth camps) - the location

The location is great especially if you want to go cycling around the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was really nice.

The living area was nice but could have used some basic add-ons - there were not even glasses to drink some water from! We were 5 people and I was forced to book another separate room with the apartment since it was stated that it is for a maximum of 4 people. However the living area had a folded single bed which meant that we could have booked it for 5 people and slept all in the same area instead of having another room. The details need updating to specify the options and make it more clear what the apartment includes. You need to make your own bed and also remove the linen and take it down with you when checking out.

Apartment without kitchen was larger than expected and spacious. It had 2 room with 2 single bed each - the listing did not specify that it had 2 bedrooms and it was a nice surprise. The apartment included 2 bedrooms with 2 narrow single beds each, a toilet, a shower room and a living area with sofa and table.

Very nice place for a stop. Good breakfast, simple and clean rooms, kind staff. We were stopping just for a fast stop but we could find the time for the swimming pool just after the check in, very nice!

At 1am the fire alarm set off. There was no one from the staff present it had to be me and other guest to try and figure out how to shut if off.

Friendly staff, good location, clean. Free parking depending on availability. Great location along the route des grandes alpes and very good value for money. Breakfast was good but apparently they don't have coffee cups but bowls instead.

The dinner was poor value. €18 per person for a small melon starter, a sausage and polenta for main course and yogurt! I thought the room was great value but wouldn’t use the restaurant again !

Breakfast could be improved. Also few of us fell sick after dinner one night. Not clear what caused it but was very likely fondue or the salad. Check out time could be extended.

We had ground floor rooms with no mountain view (all we could see out of the windows was a staircase from one room, a gas tank from the other). We did not know we had to make the beds ourselves (although linen & towels were supplied) and then strip the beds at the end of our stay, so it was more like a hostel. There was no soap in the bathrooms and the windows were old and falling apart, not easy to open and close. I received conflicting information about dinner times which was confusing and a little awkward. It was not easy to know where to get information from, especially as reception closed early. A booklet with basic information would be helpful.

Location & facilities. The staff was pleasant but did not go out of their way to make us welcome. It was a suitable place for children.

The room was really dirty: ripped bed sheets, stains on the bed sheets, hairs of previous people in room and bathroom, crumbs everywhere, dirt on the walls etc. Breakfast was very basic for its price
