Going home!

The staff were really friendly and helpful and my partner even got a little present for his birthday. Our room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the street. The hotel is very central and a few minutes walk from the lovely Graslin district and also a short walk to the tram stop. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to return.

Tea tray in room very basic-only 2 choices of tea. Do take shampoo/conditioner/body lotion if you use it- these are not included in the toiletry package

Greeted by friendly staff, room comfortable, not big eaters so plenty of breakfast choices.Cold drinking water and extra tea bags available in the breakfast room. Reception staff continued to be friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and on our return a few days later.

Everything! Brilliant location, could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Yet in a quiet street! Close to secure car park. Staff are lovely, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (extra charge), would have liked more fruit though. Cold water available any time. Rooms were fine, nice shower! No kettle for hot drinks but we didn’t mind that. Would definitely stay again

It was a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice, the staff were super helpful, friendly and kind. The location is great and after each day I genuinely looked forward to going back to the room for some rest!

In the room we were in there was substantial mold on the blinds and windows in the bathroom. It was a bit off putting. Also needed a bit better vacuuming of the floor around the head of the bed.

This is our second time staying as we liked it so much the first time. Location is great . Staff are very helpful. It is such a nice boutique hotel. Breakfast is very good.

Great location (Place Graslin), close to the city restaurants and river. Comfortable room, with very friendly staff. Good walking distance from the railway station, but metro available if required. Luggage storage available if required.

The breakfast. Old fruit, poor variety. Bacon oily, scrambled eggs from powder? Coffee weak.

The location, staff and service were all excellent. The breakfast was the only negative. I would stay again but go out for breakfast next time.

We suffered a bit from the lack of air conditioning as it was so hot during our stay. Would that stop us going again? Definitely not. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Voltaire Opera in Nantes.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Happy to suggest places to visit and provided a map. Room was very comfortable, although the heat made it harder to sleep. Hotel provided a fan which was much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent and included a good selection of local produce. Nice little lounge for a quiet and slightly cooler seat. Great location. Quiet, but easy access to a super variety of shops and restaurants as well as a 5 minute walk to the tramline. Really enjoyed our two short stays in this quirky but stylish little hotel. One of our favourites, without a doubt.

We just happened to stay on a humid night, so it was a little hot in the room, though the hotel proactively reached out in advance to remind customers we'd booked a hotel without air conditioning. The addition of an electric fan was appreciated. Once it cooled a bit outside we opened windows. Between that and the fan we managed to sleep comfortably.

Really lovely hotel. Comfortable and clean, with very nice decor. Hotel staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful at all times. The location is ideal. Excellent breakfast, as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

There were only two things I didn’t like. First, the room was too hot and there was no air conditioning. Thankfully, a fan was provided, which helped a lot. Second, the power sockets near the bed didn’t work, which was quite inconvenient.

Small room and bathroom, no airco and due to street noise not nice to open window. Fan compensates a little bit for missing airco

Its location requires climbing some hills if you take public transportation or arrive on foot from the train. Best to have minimal luggage.

The staff are lovely and the location, quiet and central. The hotel offers inviting common spaces with interesting books.

The steps up to the foyer area, the dark decor were imposing. The tiny lift and narrow corridor to my room were a bit off putting on arrival.

The room was comfortable, the bed,the bathroom and the tv were all well functioning. Being able to open the French windows was lovely. The location was great for walking the city and assessing the tram.

Comfortable tastefully modernised hotel in the old part of town. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault it at all and would highly recommend to any visitors to Nantes.
