The smell of sewer soaring from the bathroom's sinks... It mustn't necessarily be the same in all rooms but our had that issue and it wasn't pleasant at all.

The staff was super welcoming, the Room was big and clean and breakfast was truly good (that orange squeezing machine is top notch!). The location is a few steps from everything in the center of the city... Couldn't have asked for more.

Pillows are not comfortable. No air conditioning in the rooms (just a fan) - those were very hot days in Strasbourg so sleeping was difficult (even with open window and fan on).

Very good location, walking distance to everything in the centre. Very clean, modest but sufficient breakfast, decent size of rooms. Purified wated available in the lobby with bottles in the rooms to be filled in.

There was scaffolding for maintenance work on the exterior of the hotel building and we could not use the balcony, it was very dirty and left under construction. It should have been stated during the reservation that there was maintenance work. If we had known this, we would have booked another hotel.

The hotel is next to the tramway which runs all night. You need to be OK with some city noise when sleeping.

There were going renovations inside and outside the hotel ; however nothing was mentioned at the time of booking. Would be good to have scrambled eggs or omelette at breakfast

Hard to find it by car, it is impossible. But anyway take the turn and park in front of the hotel even it is one way street. That is only way.

The walls between rooms are pretty thin: depending on your neighbors, you may spend a pretty noisy night.

Very well located and charming, right in the heart of historic Strasbourg. Staff was very helpful and room was comfy. Tea and coffee available at all times.

I had trouble sleeping due to the sound of dripping water, possibly from the heater (I didn’t bother to report it as twas a minor thing and I have sensitive hearing). the floor creaking every time someone walked on it. The walls were quite thin as well. Overall, it’s a decent option for short, quick stays, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer ones.

The location was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.
