Very relaxing stay on our way back to Paris. The owners were very responsive. The breakfast by the pool was amazing with many choices of fresh and local products. Overall would totally recommend the place.

Nothing. I was very happy.

I loved the hosts and the location. There was a heat wave, which was not their fault! I recommend traveling when the weather is not too hot since they provide great fans but there is no air conditioning. The breakfast is wonderful. Be sure to partake. Make sure you arrive at 5 or later and call in advance of arriving if possible to ensure they know when to expect you. The property is both lovely and secure. The hosts provided a good list of restaurant Recommendations rated by cuisine, cost and distance. So helpful! I would gladly return to see the region in autumn and would certainly book here again. Also remember basically nothing is open in France on Sundays so plan accordingly.

We arrived on an especially hot day. And the room has no AC (understandable of course in old Chateau). The fan that was provided was however quite loud and had a very short cord and could not be positioned in a convenient way :)

It was beautiful. The chateau, the garden outside and the pool was just wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and service was personal. The large room with its high ceilings, remodeled to work as a guest room was memorable and special. All facilities were of high quality and very clean. The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful.

We were a little disappointed with the “no food or picnic on any part of the property” the restaurants were all a drive away. The grounds were beautiful and it would have been lovely to have been able to bring back some cheese and meats to eat in the evening rather than have to drive out to eat

The breakfast was excellent, fantastic choice of local products. The location was beautiful, the pool a welcome treat in the afternoons and the glass of wine from Eric in the evenings as welcome surprise

My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay at this charming small hotel. The accommodations were beautiful and cozy, providing a perfect retreat. We loved the serene pool area and the country side. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh and delicious french options that made for a great start to our day. The only fault is the setting by the road - it was fine for us but i think if you were spending a lot of time by the pool it might become annoying.

This was a beautiful base for exploring the region. Huge and delicious breakfast and a very friendly team.

A beautiful location, a pleasure to stay here. Our suite comprised a very large bedroom, large bathroom with a wonderfully deep bath and shower in the bath (lots of hot water) and a separate toilet. Breakfast was delicious with lovely homemade fruit salad and yoghurt, as well as lots of cold meats, breads and pastries. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. We can certainly recommend their home produced red wine (didn't get a chance to taste the white). We shall definitely visit again when in the area.

Our room was so hot overnight and the fan provided was very noisy, so our night was not the most comfortable.

No shower curtain at the shower so be careful with this, especially that the bath space is also open☺️. A number of restrictive house rules to be observed.

Nice chateau-like residence, stylish modern design, extremely clean and comfortable. We liked the integration of new design into old chateau style. Very good breakfast, qualitative and taken in a nice chateau-style kitchen.

Checkin was not until 4.30pm and when we arrived at 4.30pm the gate was locked and the host did not answer the bell for some minutes. We had to call his phone. It was just a little disappointing on arrival.

This beautiful property was well located to explore the Beaujolais area. The heated pool was welcome to swim in after a days sightseeing. The host gave us an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant in Cercie which was superior to the upmarket restaurants we had dined in in Lyon. The breakfast room was impressive and the host had spectacular videos of Planet Earth showing on an enormous screen which was a bit of a WOW factor.

Lovely family, lovely room, great facilities, fantastic breakfast. Excellent English spoken by the owners, but we were also kindly encouraged in our efforts to speak in French ! The local area is very pleasant with a cycle/walking path running right by the property to connect villages. Grape picking was underway during our stay which made it even more interesting. We plan to return.

First the staff is amazing with great recommendations (restaurants proposed were amazing) Second the surroundings are awesome, a little paradise And finally the room were really nice a quiet and with a tasty breakfast! I highly recommend this château for a weekend tasting wines! Thanks !!
