Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great place, an oasis of quality and tranquility, with high standards in all aspects of hospitality. We were welcomed by the wonderful host, Pascal, and felt immediately at home. The chateau and the grounds and gardens are well kept. And our dinner was divine, paired with a great local wine.

United KingdomNo wine list just red or white. The wine was ok but didn’t match the quality of the food. Parking could be tricky if you arrive later in the day. If you park under the car port you get threatened with a Euro 50 charge.
Fabulous dinner on the terrace. Great pool and tennis area. Charming castle.

United KingdomThis hotel was such a disappointment, I honestly cannot believe how it has any good reviews, it’s so dated and shabby and massively overpriced. The only words I can use to describe our room are dank and tatty. The floorboards had caved in in several areas so they were dangerous to walk on, the bedding was ancient, the doors didn’t close and the remote control for the tv was broken. The building itself is beautiful from the outside as is the swimming pool so it’s a real shame they let themselves down with the rooms.
The swimming pool and outside areas are pretty as is the beautiful old building itself.
