The ambience, although our room had some intrigue memorabilia to remind us of the 20th century! Our hostess was kindness and helpfulness personified. What’s more a superb cook, you would be mad not to take up her dinner option. Just a really nice person.

Check in time is 5pm, bit late but there is a shop 100 yards away to have a drink if you're early.

The Chateau is truly beautiful and the views are amazing. The breakfast was great and home made with a special touch.

Toilet in turret bathroom took awhile to refill and didn't always flush. ( So sorry, Babette, that we forgot to mention this.)

Babette and Gilles were very welcoming and accommodating. Babette took the time to get to know a little about us during our short stay.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like, but I would suggest maybe having a larger sign at the entrance.

The chateau is beautifully decorated and almost feels like you are in a museum. Our room was a nice size and very comfortable. The bed was excellent and the bathroom was very nice. Elizabeth was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The included breakfast was very nice and included your choice of hot drink, regular.and chocolate croissants, fresh fruit cocktail, juice, granola, breads, home made yogurt and jams, and I'm probably forgetting a few things! We had dinner at the chateau a couple of times and Elizabeth made some delicious meals. The dinner included an aperitif, wine, and a digestive. after dinner. I would highly recommend a stay here!

The exterior of the building and surrounding area was undergoing renovations, which left an impression of neglect, well below the potential that the place offers, especially compared to the beautiful interior.

Beautiful building with lush interior decoration. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable, spacious and recently renovated room. Courteous service by the owner.

Be careful when arriving/leaving. The driveway connects to the main road at a slope with a curve.

The lady owner was so caring making us feel very welcome. Le Chateau itself with all the art and decorations was truly outstanding and then the room (no.5) with visible roof beams and nice decorations, just beautiful.

We were a group of friends cycling through the Pyrénées and had a fantastic stay. The hosts were wonderful and cooked us an amazing dinner with local produce and all home made. Breakfast was equally great. The château is really interesting and full of cool curios. Also the value for money was incredible. Would highly recommend staying if you are in the area!

Homemade breakfast was fantastic. Comfortable bed with nice lights pannels. Toilet in the tower and bathroom were absolutely great and spacious and appreciated the good quality ammenities. We missed booking also dinner, however the restaurant located 7 min walk from the hotel was absolutely worth it - enjoyed fully immersing in the local vibe and exploring other side.
