Only one niggle for us was the shower over the batch had no holder so showering was awkward as had to hand hold the shower head

Perfect location for a touring hotel, quiet oasis minutes from the main road networks. Excellent restaurant which the locals were dining in so that set the right feel from the start.

Bathroom had a free-standing tub, I would have preferred a shower, but that was a matter of room availability when I booked it...

Excellent countryside location near Bordeaux. Impressive entrance to the castle that boasts a driveway lined with palm trees, all beautifully lit at night. Property was recently fully renovated and is family-run. Great amenities and restaurant, with friendly staff. Large room, comfy bed, and quiet at night too.

We stayed here on the 20th and 21st June and have to say that it was an amazing hotel. From the moment you turn into the driveway you experienced the wow. We had a warm greeting from reception and enjoyed the pool after checking in. The pool area is very secluded with lots of available sunbeds and shades. The bedroom was beautifully furnished. The breakfast was good and the staff were keen to engage with us even though are French was limited, they all spoke excellent English. On 21st June the hotel had put on a special music gala menu and had arranged for a local group to sing - we felt like VIPs at a special concert. This hotel stay is now in our top 5 special stays. Fabulous. A real chateau.

Beautiful building and romantic rooms in a tranquil setting and grounds with great parking. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the pool was so relaxing 😎 we also enjoyed a fabulous meal on our first night, dining on the patio.

Excellent all round. Pool was excellent and gin and tonic poolside was a memorable moment. Room super comfy- bed shower etc all excellent. Staff were very accommodating and excellent at English. Breakfast- tres bonne. The restaurant was also top notch with a large selection of wines to choose from and knowledgeable staff.

Surrounding towns have little food options however Château does have a restaurant and the food was great.

Everything was perfect, would have loved to stay longer than 2 nights. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The whole property is beautiful. The pool was recently upgraded and was amazing .

Our room was tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Great attention to detail throughout the property, which looks to have been recently renovated to a high standard. There’s a swimming pool which we didn’t use due to the weather not being warm enough, but I can imagine it being very popular in the summer months. We enjoyed a quiet evening in the salon, asked if we could have some drinks and order a starter from the main restaurant to eat in the salon as we were not hungry enough for a sit in diner and the staff gladly obliged. The personnel was lovely and really helpful. We loved our stay our will return.

A good commercial Barista machine would make better coffee. Internet was intermittent sometimes.

People who come to breakfast take bread with hands without napkin , napkin was not. Hot water for tea bring not in teapot , they bring hot water in small cup half empty. In WC in room does not enough toilet paper . In room have tea, but don’t have cup for tea.
