Excellent location in centre of Nancy . Car parking on site at reasonable cost. Spacious ,comfortable accommodation -all requirements met .

It was more of an experience tailored by the very kind host, where every detail made us feel home. Everything was excellent, from the spotless cleanliness to the tasteful design of the flat and the availability of a CD player with a fine selection of CDs which added a nice touch on top of everything. First day breakfast treats and the stocked refigerator are also worth the mention. The location was also perfect.

The apartment was on the top floor of a beautiful, 18th century building, right on a UNESCO protected square and minutes minutes away from Place Stanislas. We arrived approx an hour earlier than our stated arrival time, but the host was generous enough to accommodate us and indeed, as a kind gesture, left some croissants, a baguette and some lovely homemade jam for us on Bastille day morning which was a lovely surprise and appreciated. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need if your were cooking meals (which we didn't!) and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom was perfectly clean and modern. The apartment was close to all amenities of Nancy - would return if next in the city.

Wi-Fi connection was not particularly stable in the bedroom or bathroom. Worked fine in the living room. Only other nit - although not for us - but some might find three flights of steps up to the accommodation (no lift/elevator) a little bothersome.

Amazing location, short walk (3 mins) to Place Stanislas and Central Nancy. Despite location, it was quiet. Very good amount of space. Great shower. Free breakfast on Day 1. Very personable landlord. Well-equipped kitchen.

The stairs are difficult with luggage. The car parking is several blocks away which may put some travellers off. It meant we found bars and restaurants off the tourist square which was a big plus.

Big apartment with good facilities. The washing machine location needs a sign but the machine worked really well.

Large comfortable clean unit in a historical building very close to the main attractions of Nancy. It is air conditioned and the bed is very comfortable. Host lives in the unit below and is very helpful and easy to contact. Unfortunately the internet was not working and was due to be fixed over the next few days. The unit is on the top floor so there are 3 flights of steps and no lift. I’m in my 70s but did not find this to be a major problem and the host helped with bringing up our luggage. Also very close to many restaurants. Car parking is provided in a secure garage about 200m down the road.

Would have loved a view. No windows apart from small high ones in bedroom. Velux windows with no view did give good natural light in living/kitchen area. Stairs to the apartment a challenge if you have heavy bag or injured leg as husband did at the time of the visit.

Simply but beautifully. Great kitchen facilities. Lovely shower and very comfortable bed. Excellent location to main square (so beautiful) and local shops. The breakfast provided on first morning very welcome and the home made jam just wonderful.

Our host is personable and very thoughtful. It was exceptionally kind of Andrea to bring breakfast the next morning. We had travelled from Edmonton, Alberta Canada to Paris, and then boarded the train to Nancy. It was difficult to get a taxi to his residence so we were very exhausted. It was very nice of Andrea to provide extra bedding. Very important!!

Not really an issue, the water pressure in the shower is a little low. It may be because the apartment is right in top of the building.

I am very pleased with everything. The apartment is actually at the Place d'Alliance, one of the world heritage sites of Nancy. A nice touch were the ingredients for a few breakfasts in the fridge including homemade confiture. The host was always there and flexible with the check in and out time.

The appartment was complete with own facilities and a parking place, while it is located in the center of Nancy and amid of the historical places (Unesco). The host was there when necessary and facilitated where usefull (like the breakbeats) and also our privacy. Moreover Nancy appeared to be a fantastic place for a citytrip.

Because we are seniors 3 flights of stairs were difficult but we new about that in advance. The owner did carry some of our luggage.

Had to climb 4 flights of stairs. There is no internet,even though the site advertised Internet availability. No discount was applied, and I was charged 10 euros/day for parking.poor water pressure in the shower.

Location was very good in relation to sights and restaurants. The apartment is being renovated tastefully.
