Very good location fairly close to city center and nearby L1 bus stop makes it easy to travel around. Many grocery stores are nearby along with some good restaurants. clean room and bathroom. microwave was also provided which helped in making quick meals. Most importantly, Daniel and Nicole are very friendly hosts which made the stay even better, Daniel even recommended me to visit a famous art exhibition in Toulouse which was cool.

Friendly Hosts, Location was good few minutes from a Bus Stop and 15 minutes walk to Pubs and Bistros Clean Room and Shower, Toilet outside the room but clean. A microwave was inside to heat food. Finding free Parking can be a challenge, eventually found a spot on other side of the main road. Overall I had a nice stay, Thank You Nicole!

Everything was perfect - the location, how clean and cozy it was, the facilities, the hosts. You have a microwave, plates, cutlery and everything you need to make tea/coffee in the room and the hosts let use their fridge that is in the kitchen downstairs. Very comfy room and beautiful house in a peaceful neighbourhood just a short walk from the center of Toulouse. There is a shower and a sink, the toilet is not in the room, but just outside of it on the second floor where the room is and is only for the guests so its very convenient. Everything was super clean and the bed very comfy, a lot of natural light and air in the room. The rooms are located on the second floor of a private house and it gives you a very cozy feeling too. The hosts are very helpful and sweet. Can only recommend and will for sure be back!

Everything is clean and tidy. The room had a chatznik, a coffee machine and the necessary utensils. There were coffee capsules. Very nice and caring hosts.

I am quite noise sensitive, so it was sometimes a bit noisy due to the nearby road traffic especially with the window open. But it is a minor especially if you have earplugs for just in case.

I liked practically everything - stylish room and the house itself, pleasant hosts, good location (close to a city centre and quite conveniently located to the train station), perfectly clean, practically all the facilities needed.

The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They offered us breakfast in the room which was helpful and enjoyable. Very easy to reach the centre of Toulouse on foot yet away from crowds.

The toilet is separate from the room, but this wasn't a huge deal as it is kept private for guests only and there is at least a shower in the room. The WiFi sometimes disconnects but again, not a big deal - at least they provide WiFi :) It would be nice to have a personal mini fridge in the room, but the hosts offer space from their own fridge if needed.

Had an amazing stay here, the hosts are very welcoming and are happy to help with anything. Would highly encourage booking this place! I would definitely book here again should I come back to Toulouse. Location is great, only 20 minutes walk to the center and 20 minutes to the main train station. There is a supermarket right across the road which was very convenient. The room and amenities were great - provided us with a fan, plates, cutlery, kettle, tea/coffee and even a microwave! Very spacious with modern decor and lots of daylight coming in through the windows and a comfortable bed. The hosts also offer breakfast for a small fee. The area is nice and quiet at night time - no disruptions at all. Very reasonably priced, good value for money.

Lovely home with two wonderful hosts. Nicely furnished room with a comfortable bed. Fantastic location, walking distance to the old town, station and other public transport. Close to supermarket and restaurants.

Amazing room, newly renovated in a very beautiful house, big bed, bay window with a breakfast nook. The hosts were amazing and so was breakfast. Free parking on the streets nearby, short walk to city center.

Check in was a nightmare. I had earlier text to say I would arrive about 5.30pm (after a long train journey). There is no intercom or buzzer at the gate outside the properties locked front garden. I called the owners 3 times from the footpath over the next half hour before they finally called me back and I was welcomed inside. While they were nice, and apologetic, I had got to the point of thinking I'd been scammed and needing to find another hotel. It was a pretty upsetting start to an otherwise perfectly nice stay.

This is a nice room in the owners house. I had my own bathroom and a shared toilet in the hall. I popped a couple of things in the owners kitchen fridge however it wouldn't have been possible to use the kitchen beyond that, it was their private space. I had a kettle and microwave in my room which was perfectly fine.
