This beautiful little cottage is run by the loveliest of people. So welcoming. An absolute privilege to have met them.

Christine and Francis welcomed us into their home when we arrrived as if we were old friends. Breakfast was great and Christine’s home made jams were superb!

Perfect for what we needed. Quiet comfortable overnight stay to help with travels. This met all expectations. Hosts were extremely pleasant and welcoming. We weren't sure what time we were checking in and they were very accommodating. Area was very quiet and what we wanted. Beautiful garden. Room was cozy and shower was clean with towels and plenty of hot water for 2 of us.

If I really had to say, we were in the converted garage I think and set up was a bit odd. Toilet was very loud but really didn't bother us

Quiet location. The little 2 bedroom apartment was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a quick stopover on the way back to Le shuttle. It took us 40 mins to get to the tunnel in the morning. There is an aldi about 7 mins away but not so many restaurants. Although I found a pizza place to get a takeaway pizza. Think it was called crusty. Was nice. We bought things in Aldi to cook on the stove. We couldn’t get the stove to work but Christine and Francis let us use theirs instead. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Would definitely come back again. Breakfast delicious and plentiful.

Our hosts, Francis and Christine gave us the warmest of welcomes. They were absolutely charming and so friendly too! The accommodation was much larger than expected and we found it to be very comfortable and well equipped. There is a large beautifully maintained garden and patio areas which was at our disposal. We enjoyed a super meal in a nearby village. On our final morning our hosts even got up for our very early departure and provided breakfast. We would highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was perfect for our overnight stop . Clean and well equipped. Bed comfy and shower nice and hot . Breakfast was really nice and plenty of it . The hosts were very welcoming and polite and very helpful

This is a great property to stay at a very good price. Hosts invited us in for a coffee when we arrived which was a nice touch. Breakfast was plentiful and of a good standard

Lovely house and surrounding, very comfortable room. Very convenient for Le Shuttle. Hosts were excellent - welcoming and very helpful. Very good communication and they stayed up late waiting for us as we were delayed for several hours due to traffic accidents.

Bad ventilation in the bathroom and in the room

Warm welcome, tea and cake offered on arrival. Comfortable accommodation nicely presented. Breakfast very good.

Ventilation could be a bit better as there is no opening window at all and everything felt a bit humid first thing in the morning.

Great welcome with a drink and home made cake. Room was very clean and comfotable. Able to park my motorcycle outside the room. Safe parking. The garden is fantastic and a bbq and chair and table for guest use. I was sad to leave great would highly recommend.

We had a very friendly greeting, invited into the owners home & given coffee and cake. the room was beautiful, clean with an outside space to enjoy the sunshine. Changing our arrival time was not a problem. We communicated by Google Translate, which was great as the owners don't speak English and we don't speak French.

Though the room was lovely, without a window there was no air in the room. My husband found it a struggle, and for me with lung issues, it was very uncomfortable. If you have breathing issues, then this is not the place for you in summertime. A window would have made all the difference, as would a small fridge, even enough to keep a couple of bottles of water in. Breakfast wasn't to our liking, we expected to see ham & cheese to go with the bread, not just jam & butter.

Lovely peaceful overnight stop on way to channel tunnel. Francis and christine made us very welcome, coffee on arrival. Lovely breakfast, good parking, lovely room with ensuite, kettle and a little fridge. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing hospitality from the hosts, kindness and simplicity. I went with my motorbike and Francis and Christine offered to park it in their garage but it wasn't needed as the place is very quiet and feels very safe too. Location is very peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. I appreciated very much the biscuits Christine did bake and the wine as well as water as the ride had been very long and the weather hot. The accomodation is very comfortable and well equipped. Perfect stay with perfect hosts. The breakfast was wonderful and tasty. The next day Francis kindly offered to guide me to the motorway due to a local deviation. They have the art of making you feel at home, it is amazing. I will definitely return to this place any time in the future.
