Perfect value for money stop off on the way to South of France. Even had a game of table football with my son. Boeing & Frites & ravioli for dinner. Room was functional and clean. Check in easy & all staff very helpful ddd

The restaurant in the IBIS is very confusing. We went for an evening meal but there was no menu that we could see, so we sat there for a while and nobody came to our table. Then I noticed others were using their phones to order and I saw a card with a QR code on it. Neither of us had our phones, so had to go back to the room to get one. The QR code took us to a website where presumably we had to place our order, but it wasn't an easy site to navigate and nobody came to help us. It was impossible to ask anyone as they were very short staffed and all were busy. All customers were French or speaking French, and perhaps because we were English with not very good French is our fault, but it would have been nice if someone had at least tried to help us. Anyway, after 15 mins of waiting and trying to use the mobile phone to order, we gave up and went for a nice pizza down the road!

Everything was as described. Good location, good parking, very clean and comfortable and friendly staff. Short walk to very big supermarket and pizza restaurant.

Everything was great - the only thing that was missing were sockets at the bedside but other than that: great value for money, super lovely staff (!!) and lovely location (-: merci beaucoup! Except the very dedicated staff, we especially appreciated the chickens!!

We would arrive late, so we choose this place so we could shower, sleep and breakfast early. We think you met the expectations very well, and must say beds were nice, shower also. Breakfast was good for my wife: nuts, yoghurt, etc. I (man) wish We would have seen a little bit more stuff i like: bacon, scrambled eggs, etc. Having said that, as breakfast is included in the price - the options they did offer I liked. It felt like a free breakfast indeed - although I would have paid for scrambles eggs :)

Excellent location about 1km from the A31. Swimming pool was an added bonus and breakfast was good. We were there on a Sunday so the restaurant was closed, but there are a few restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

The room was a bit basic, we asked for single beds, but they were very small as if they were for children. The hotel had car chargers but we could not get them to work along with 3 other guests

The location was good, the hotel was clean but quite basic. The breakfast was excellent with a range of items available. There were the usual pastries but there were also a full range of nuts and set to add to your bowl of cereal. The was very nice as well , just for a machine 😄

A bit pricey and located in a big parking lot near a shopping mall. Not what you call a charming spot. But it clearly serves roadtrippers, so in that sense it was convenient.

The hotel is super nice and clean. The breakfast was good, with dairy-free options as we like it! It has a pool but couldn't try it out because it was raining. Location was ok for a short stop on a road trip. Staff was nice.

Very indifferent welcome... when I finally arrived at the correct hotel - there are two other Ibis hotels within 2 minutes' drive and my gps took me to those first. Beware : THEY have Europe in the name, and THIS hotel has Europe in the address (not the name). Also the hotel is actually inside a shopping complex, behind the Home Depot, and not easy to get to. The WiFi was not working when I arrived, but it was quite quickly repaired. I spent 2 hours struggling to make the electric car charging points work : they appeared to be online, but even using the Total Energies app it was impossible to start one. I had to pay 4x €49 as a deposit, for each of the 4 sessions I tried to start, following the instructions of the Total helpline. (The money was refunded to my bank account almost immediately, but there was no way I could get any electricity into my car.) In the end I had to give up. This meant that my journey the following day could only start once I'd found a charging station on the autoroute. My room was cold and I could not stop the airco.

Since we were biking, it was a bit challenging to get to the hotel as it's mainly built for cars but we obviously figured it out without too much trouble.

The staff was very helpful and even though it was Saturday the restaurant was closed, we were able to get a quick pizza at the bar. They also allowed us to store our two bikes in a small baggage room for the night. Everything was clean and well organized. The breakfast was one of the best we've had on our trip with lots of variety and ample amounts.
