I do realize I'm rating a two-star accommodation, so I don't want to be overly critical. However, taking into account the price I paid during summer, I was expecting quite a bit more. The rooms are basic, which is OK, however, they are in urgent need of a good and deep clean. The curtains were covered in dead insects and the duvet was stained. The dinner options were acceptable, but overpriced taking into account the overall quality and ambiance of the accommodation.

The staff is absolutely friendly. Nicely located for a one-night stop during a summer roadtrip through the Alps. Bathroom was surprisingly modern and decent size.

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was nice. There is a designated parking area for motorcycles. The hotel is located quite high up, so you have nice views of the surrounding mountains.

Little bit of maintenance needed in the bathroom (shower didn’t fit in the holder very well). I appreciate ‘garden maintenance’ needs to be carried out however, didn’t appreciate the noise from petrol hedge trimmers when trying to relax outside by the pool.

The room itself is very small and very basic. It clearly has been a long time since it was last renovated. The bathroom however was very modern. However, something clearly was wrong with the faucet, it only sprayed a very thin mist of water, splashing everywhere without any water volume /throughput Overall, I think it's a bit overpriced for the standard/level of the rooms. Also, there was a considerable amount of flies everywhere, from the room even to the breakfast (indoor breakfast room with closed windows).

Layout of the pool and leisure facilities. Upon arrival the jacuzzi and sauna were not working after requesting it before arrival.

I'm surprised that this hotel has licence in general.... - stay away from this think named pool... - pay attention in the electric sockets or in general power cables... - dirt and humidity everywhere! - dogs or cats walking around (inside the hotel) without any attention by the owners, if they exist - no security, doors are locked with a key like a bairn - bathroom towels were mold - wardrobe with a curtain (yes you read right, maybe they have a patent for this) so what you see in the pictures is like Instagram Vs reality

Very impolite and aggressive receptionist! During the stay it wasn‘t possible to talk to management. Further more the accommodation is absolutely worn down. I should have left immediately!

The hotel is in a beautiful spot with great views and walking path behind it. The room was perfectly decorated and the bathroom was clean and up-to-date. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was good for a quick swim. Motorbike spaces provided. We enjoyed the restaurant which had a good selection of vegetarian food and cost reasonable.
