The taxi’s could not find it but no fault of property

Apartment had everything we needed came with a little clean pack dishwasher tabs and fairy and a degreaser. Beds comfortable we stayed on 3rd floor which was perfect for access to ski shop and gondola. Bearnise on reception was so helpful and always at hand to help with any queries her English was amazing too and Alexandra was great also!

Swimming pool was cold and the hotel spa was much nicer but not included as part of residence. Had to pay extra for it. We also thought the accommodation was right by the gondola, but you have to walk up a hill and then steps to the gondola which isn’t much but takes effort when carrying equipment and videos and photos make it look like it’s right outside.

Was lovely and spacious accommodation, with excellent view. Jacuzzi and steam room were fab. Lovely location

We found the double bed to be uncomfortable and there was a fault with the garage door that caused us problems when we wanted to go out in the car. We weren’t always able to use the car because of the fault. We had to ask a member of staff to help “force “ the garage door open. This wasn’t always possible as staff were not always available on site.

Location and facilities were lovely. We have stayed there before.

At the time of our visit there were construction works outside the hotel and at some points were quite loud. The balcony was a little awkward to sit out on as it was very narrow.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. The hotel facilities were well kept and our apartment was lovely, and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great for what we were there for.

The view was of a building site and noisy which we weren’t made aware of and we paid good money for the apartment . Also one 2 toilets would be better.

The resort was disjointed with several different areas to it and no real centre. No lively apres ski bars at the end of the slopes. The lift system being effectively closed for high winds but one or two lower lifts being kept open too avoid the resort having to refund the cost of lift pass, however this is fairly standard at most resorts I have experienced.

Hotel breakfast was very good. Convenient ski hire from on site ski shop in the Hotel. Direct ski lift access from the hotel to the main ski area and lower lifts.

pillows on bed were hard/too firm. mostly clean apart from two discarded contact lenses left on the shelf above second bedroom. felt a bit like second class citizens compared to the hotel guests - told to use a different pool., not allowed to use jacuzzi etc

very good size apartment and nicely furnished. quiet part of town. i loved the orange chair in the lounge of the apartment and sent an email asking for the maker so I can order some, but I have not had a response

It was extremely hot ….even with all radiators turned off and all windows open the apartment was very warm even in December. Having to buy dishwasher tablets sugar and salt for a one week stay!

It was a very well kept property really clean lots of facilities and good space for 5 of us.

The reservation was a bit complicated.

The place is spacious, very comfortable and build with mostly quality piece of equipments. It is an awesome value in the summer! A place to go!

Both sauna and hammam were crowded in the evenings.

Amazing apartment, very spacious and comfortable. It was very convenient to go snowboarding because the residence is close to the Alpe Express ski lift. There is a ski room, swimming pool and sauna available to use. In addition the ski shop and the restaraunt in the same building were great! The closest groceries is just 5 minutes walk.

Clean, decent amount of space, great facilities, great location near to gondola and also only a short walk to main street. Car parking underneath the hotel. Bread/pastries delivered to apartment each morning. Pool towels available on request.

This property is a scam, they’re advertising it on booking.com as a 5 star, the hotel (of the same name) is 5 star the residence is far from 5 star. The 2 bedroom apartment is advertised as a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, what they don’t tell you is that the bathrooms do not have toilets, the apartment has one separate toilet, without a sink to wash your hands and a sensor light that just keeps switching on and off.

The location is ok but access to the lift is precarious especially in ski boots. Access from the ski boot room to the lift is via a sloping path that can be very icy and slippery, then iced up stairs.

The heating randomly blasts in intervals throughout the night with no way to stop it. The flat itself is very basic - not a 5 star place. They put us in a room opposite the elevator which was really loud.

The location is great, easy access to slopes. The staff were so so friendly and amazing.

We stayed in the residences. The dishes in the kitchen were caked with food and stains from the previous guests. General unclean feeling throughout the apartment especially the bathrooms. No housekeeping for the six nights we were there, sheets and towels are changed only once per week and you have to take your own garbage downstairs and outside to the bin. You are also required to clean kitchen and do dishes before departure. Note: This may be normal policy with ski residences - I just was not aware of it, so want to make note of it for others who may not be aware of this. I thought with 5 Star property this would not be the case.

Located close to gondola and to restaurants. The staff at front desk are truly exceptional. Very helpful and friendly.
