United KingdomCommucation very good overall but viral hack last year meant many confusing emails sent to account. The hotel however followed up with reassurance. Reached out to check arrival time and supported early check in. breakfast reasonable, btu egg boiler painfully slow :)

United KingdomWe stayed half board which worked well. One minor criticism regarding evening meals... could have done with a few more vegetables to balance out the plate. Also, the boot warmers didn't dry wet snowboard boots overnight particularly well.
The hotel staff were very welcoming upon arrival and friendly throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view over Tignes Le Lac. The hotel is very close to ski lifts, restaurants, bars and shops. The boot room has easy access to the street and we filled up on breakfast before heading out each morning. All in all a great choice for a few days on the slopes.

IsraelThe ski room is VERY crampy and poor organized. There is very limited seating space to get in and out ski boots. Especially in the morning, when everybody is rushing out.... it's a problem and very annoying. Some better space utilization could have accommodated more benches. Another small but yet annoying thing was "packed breakfast" on my very early check out (1 yogurt, one drink and an orange :-(
The staff was VERY friendly, helpful and supported all needs. The location is superb for skiing. Rooms are good and comfy. Very clean. The breakfast and dinner (I had half board) is modest but tasty and OK (may be because I'm not a foody).

IsraelThe bed was not organized every day and their sheets always came off the bed (resulting in us sleeping on the actual mattress with no bad covers). The pool was not heated and the staff kept providing contradicting pieces of information (i.e., one mentioned there is a malfunction and the said they turned it on and the pool will be warm in 24 hours).

CanadaI would have liked boot warmers in the ski room but it didn’t affect the overall wonderful experience.
The property is ski in ski out, all amenities are close, the facility was very relaxed and had a welcoming feeling to it (very chalet). The food was excellent and there was a varied menu. The staff were friendly, helpful, efficient, caring and lovely. They made our stay very enjoyable. 👍😊

DenmarkThe smell in our bathroom... Two times, it was attempted fixed. Would require more invasive work in order to be fixed. We recommend to have rules for the wellness area (how to use it and hygiene rules) and the showers heads need to be fixed.
The staff at the reception (Aude, Clara) and at the restaurant (Yann, ...) were nice and responsive. We also enjoyed the quality of food at breakfast and dinner (halfboard). We got a room with a mountain view as booked. We could have used some chairs on the balcony.
