Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceThe chalet met our needs perfectly. It was convenient to the bus stop so access was easy and a bakery only 2 minutes away. It was exceptionally well equipped with everything you needed, clean and well laid out. The living room was large, with a central table to enjoy breakfast. The terrace had a bbq and another great eating space. The garden was private and the jacuzzi much appreciated. The kitchen had all the appliances and didn't lack on basic supplies - washing up liquid, tea towels, dish washer tablets. Other basics - sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper - all were there. I would happily stay there again. One-night stays in a chalet are hard to find so that was another bonus point.

United KingdomWow what a place! Beautiful chalet which is amazing for groups or families. The view is like something from a movie, you could never get tired of it. Les Houches is a beautiful little place within easy reach of Chamonix and lots of activities. Our biggest regret is not booking for longer, we didn’t want to go home. Small critiques are the stairs down to the basement rooms are a bit dangerous and using the downstairs bathroom in the middle of the night was like a challenge as it was freezing. Like I said though everything was almost perfect though and the hot tub is a great way to relax with the best view. We will be booking again 100%

Great location and living space. Kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub a nice bonus after a long day of walking! Plenty of rooms to choose from and a peaceful location

Location is amazing right at the Prarion Gondola entrance. Good facilities including Dishwasher and Washing machine.

AustraliaThe layout is all wrong- master bedrooms should be downstairs with more space. Need to renovate/update the house. We expected more from the price. Oven was dirty and smoked the house out - had to clean it. Not good enough.
Great outdoor area. Loved the spa and bbq. Plenty of cooking equipment and plates etc to feed many people which made it easy.
