    Everything was fine.

Difficult to find so much magic and atmosphere in this Chateau Hotel stopover, on your route to the south of France. Free exclusive wine tasting for hotel guests, an inviting swimming pool and the privilege of a basket of local cheese selection and vegetable bakery for dinner in the large garden overooking a luxuriant valley. Not to speak of the excellent breakfast with a large selection of local products. We shall go there again soon.

Too bad the most beautiful room in the chateau was not available because they turned the heat down …I would have chosen that room for our celebratory stay. And the pool was closed.

Beautiful and impressive buildings, seeped in history, spooky when there is fog!

Be mindful of a lot of steep stairs and uneven road surface if you have heavy luggage, but it is a castle after all!

The views from the castle are amazing, the rooms are very modern, but beware of the low beams. The aircon was a portable one, which worked very effectively, but made a lot of noise, but nothing that cannot be fixed with a pair of earplugs. the breakfast was fantastic, very fresh, attentive service. Very cozy feel, the B&B isn't very big. There is a lovely common room in the B&B with spectacular views, tea, coffee, books and a fireplace. The pool looked great, but the use hours are fairly restricted. We couldn't try it because it was a cool and rainy day. Staff were helpful.

My stay at Chateau Pierreclos was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the experience was enchanting, blending the timeless elegance of the estate with the warm hospitality of the staff. Accommodation: The room was incredibly comfortable, with a perfect balance of classic decor and modern amenities. The bed was plush, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room was impeccably clean. Mornings at the chateau were a delight, beginning with a sumptuous breakfast spread. Freshly baked pastries, a selection of cheeses, seasonal fruits, and artisanal jams were among the highlights. The swimming pool was a beautiful oasis offering stunning views of the vineyards, it was the perfect place to relax. The pool area was well-maintained, with comfortable loungers and a tranquil ambiance. The staff at the chateau were lovely and incredibly helpful. From offering local insights and recommendations to ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect, their hospitality was genuine and heartfelt. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our every need with a smile. The wine tour and tasting were highlights of our stay with Ester. The guided tour about the vineyard and cellar was both informative and enjoyable, offering a deep dive into the chateau's winemaking process. The tasting session was exquisite, with a selection of their finest wines that truly captured the essence of the region. The views from the chateau were nothing short of breathtaking. Overlooking rolling vineyards and picturesque landscapes, the scenery was a constant reminder of the beauty of the French countryside. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace, purchased onsite the vistas were mesmerizing. Overall, our stay at the chateau was a dream. With its great breakfast, beautiful swimming pool, helpful staff, exceptional wine and stunning views, it is the perfect destination for anyone looking to experience the best of French hospitality.

Aircon in the bedroom worked well while your not in the room. Otherwise it sounded like a jet engine and you would not be able to sleep with it On. Simple solution would be two ceiling fans and flyscreen's on the windows. Otherwise a very comfortable large bedroom.

Elegant breakfast setting and very good choice.

The bed is unusually firm and the bath has a handheld shower which is in keeping with the style but unpractical to use.

There was nothing that I did not like!

The Chateau was extremely beautiful and captivating. The surrounding landscape was full of vineyards and the perfect escape to the French countryside. My Count’s suite was the most beautiful and luxurious room I’ve stayed in. The views surpassed any expectations and sunrises and sunsets were the most beautiful. The hosts own the property and surrounding vineyards, and went above and beyond to guarantee I had a great stay.

Could have had a wider menu of food. But that is the only negative.

The castle is absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It is huge and the castle grounds are huge. It is way more impressive in person compared to the pictures on TripAdvisor or booking.com. Everything is extremely well kept and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We came directly from staying 5 days in Disneyland with our 6 year old and weren’t sure how impressed he’d be, but he was as blown away as we where:) Highly recommend the unique experience of staying here.

It said the wine tasting/ tour was free in the bookings.com info and It was not. Even though it was advertised as free and included we had to pay 30€ per person. This was a tiny let down but the tasting was interesting and the wines unique to the region.

Wonderful place to stay and explore. Beautiful surroundings. Cute breakfast included in the price. Very clean and comfortable room.

Absolutely beautiful location. Room was comfortable and spacious. Great for traveling with 2 young children. Views are breathtaking. Try all the wine because it’s some of the best. Breakfast was an assortment of fruit, cheeses, breads, jams, meats, cereal, boiled eggs, coffee and tea. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend.
