No hairdryer On a couple of occasions the bathroom smelt slightly of urine, we couldn’t smell it through the bathroom door if it was shut but it obviously this could be better cleaned - not ideal!

Location excellent for match day. Only 5/10 min walk from Stade de la Beaujoire and 2 tram stops nearby. Functional apartment.

Important constructions going on next to the hotel! It was quiet at night but noisy from early morning. It wasn't mentioned anywhere and from my estimation, the construction work is going to last for another year (so till 2025). The breakfasts were not so great for the price, the first morning, the options were very limited. The curtain in the shower was not very convenient (it made the shower tub very dark and stuck to the skin while showering). The informations and directions given by the reception were wrong. The door to the building couldn't be opened by the given card key and the staff had to reset the system so we could go in.

No were close by to get food or a drink The hotel was a modular type just like the F1 in Europe

We came in from Jersey to St Marlo, We were traveling through Europe, so this was just a stop off. we arrived late at night and left early in the morning.

Warm welcome from staff. Clean and comfortable apartment. Close to La Beaujoire Stadium, which was the main purpose of our visit. Also close to tram stop, so easy to get into the centre as well.

The apartment wasn't very clean and the breakfast was a bit disappointing too.

The lady at the reception on the evening of our arrival was helpful and very nice. The apartment is big enough for a family.

Dirty, smelly, smokey, too many papers stuck on walls and cupboards telling me what I could not do. I am not happy to be told to take out my own rubbish or I would be charged 15€. It was apparant that people lived full time in these rooms and the smoke and cooking smells where very bad, also lots of coming and going all night long. Worst place I have ever stayed in! I have to say that the young lady on reception was really lovely, spoke very good English and was very welcoming. Credit to her! Nothing else!

Good english. Welcoming hosts. Kind people around. Absolutely close to metro station, but in a silent residencial neighborhood. I recommend the breakfast, cheap and french enough.

The first room they put us in was just dreadful. Depressing. Very, very dated and the entire floor of the building reeked of I don’t know what. The hotel is in the middle of a very large construction zone with perhaps a dozen new buildings going up. It feels like a no-man’s land. Nowhere to eat. Didn’t feel safe walking at night because it is like an an abandoned area. It will be very lively over all these new buildings are completed, but not now.

They upgraded us to a better room after we complained about the clogged shower. Why did they not offer us the clearly better room when we checked in?
