Good location, free parking . Dinner was a bit expensive so we ate out. Very clean and fresh. You can’t ask for more at the price we paid .

The lift is too far from reception, which makes it very difficult for people with mobility problems to get to their room if it’s not on the ground floor next to reception. A reluctance from the staff to clear dirty plates at breakfast and after serving teas in the lounge.

Good location for where we needed to be. Surrounded by trees which hid the concrete jungle of Cergy Pontoise and made the rooms feel airy and brought. Reception staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The hotel was very good and very comfortable. The family room was large and suited our needs. Breakfast was very good with a good selection and the bacon was very tasty and crisp. Parking was free which is always a bonus. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly stay here agian.

Breakfast in B&B hotels is always very good with wide choice of dishes (yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruits). BUT IN THIS HOTEL BREAKFAST IS iVERY POORLY ORGANIZED. They don't have time to bring new food to replace what's gone, they don't have time to clean up and put away utensils.

We have stayed in hotels of this chain in France several times. But before that the hotels were 3*, now 4*. There are significant advantages: 1. Fridge 2. Kettle 3. Toilet amenities 4. Various pillows. As always, the room is clean, bright, well-organized (charging sockets, light) There is free parking. Good location for departure from CHG. By car - 35 minutes.

The room was comfortable and had enough place for three of us. Beds were comfy and clean. The area was reasonable quit, even the road is close. The area and the parking is private. Good value for money

The lifts were not near the reception. You have to walk down a long corridor to get the lift which in my case was an inconvenience because I had some heavy items with me.

I was only there for one night. I liked the location, the hotel itself was nice and open and clean. Had a modern premium feel to it.

Quite far from the town , only a macdonalds and kfc near by if you want food , but no restaurants.

The hotel was nice, enough space in the rooms, clean and sound isolated. We have booked 2 rooms for 5 adults and 1 child under 11 years. We arrived at 15:00 o'clock and they gave the access cards. Our parents room was fine, ours was not cleaned as someone obviously has overstayed. Anyway the receptionists apologised and gave us another clear and even better room. We had booked bed and breakfast, the breakfast was very rich, diversity of food, fruits, smoked salmon every day. However the restaurant was closed for renovation, that was the only minor thing. Also there were a few people who spoke English Brice (apologies if we have mistaken the written version of the name in French) was one of them, special thanks to him for being helpful. It turns out that you are obliged to know French when you go to this country otherwise the communication is lost. The capacity of the parking is big enough so you can easily park your car. However mind that if you came by car, you would have to enter a code which comes with your booking reservation, on the way out, you will need another code to exit which is different and for which we weren't notified at the time of our leaving, the code is being changed on a daily basis (which is reasonable for security reasons), but we would have appreciated if we were told at the reception by someone, upon our leaving. We had to get back again to obtain it.

The spa bath wasn’t working.

Good location a little way out of town. Fabulous patio area and pleasant bar/ restaurant area. Food in the evening was good value and extremely tasty (cycling the avenue verte, we were too tired to leave the hotel). Fairly good bike storage area with CCTV. Room was quiet and clean. Comfy bed and sofa bed.

Though I can't honestly say if I caught it at the hotel, I did wind up with a strep throat when I left. But correlation is not causation.

Breakfasts were very good. They were complete with eggs potatoes and bacon which you don't readily find in french hotels.

i had 2 bad surprises this time 1st they forgot my breakfast that i ordered to my room, so i lost time 2nd they forgot to clean the room for 1 day. Also the food options in the restaurant are limited, could have been more options.

i stayed in this hotel several times, it is the best in the area. It has a restaurant for dinner. Some rooms are better (comfort), with minibar, nespresso machine and slippers, while the others does not have. Room size is ok, it is clean
